Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location (close to airport, not far to dining and shopping, not great to walk). Wi-fi was a challenge to log into. The page I tried on three devices and two different search three pages (Edge, Safari, and Chrome). You can barely see where to enter the password and it is extremely challenging to find the box to check because it is all whited out by the wifi logo over the top of that area. They sent a text right after I checked in, in case you have any issues, I never got a response on this issue, finally figured it out on my own. I also texted them because the outlets on either side of the bed were non-functioning. Never got a response to that problem either. Also the info I received when I scanned the QR code in the room is that the pool was closed for repairs - that information was not shared in advance on their website, in their email, or when I checked in. It was a good place to stay and one of the better prices in the area, just might have made another choice if I had known the pool wasn't open and service requests weren't answered.
