Hotel Hottengen was very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Oh and the swiss chocolate on the reception desk was delicious

There was a small problem with my room, but it was dealt with very quickly in the nicest possible way, for this reason I'm happy to rate this hotel highly. I was pleased with reception staff, the breakfast was good as well: big selection of cold platters and a warm cooked breakfast up until the end of the service hours. However, I found liquid radiators in the room slightly noisy when they were warming up.
