I give 4 star for hotel condition cause of the bathroom without dehumidify system or not working properly, in hot summer after warm shower it left bathroom very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is perfect for a short stay.

Clean and spacious.
Hotel staff were great, especially reception. Hotel itself was good, with spacious room and bathroom. Location is about 20 mins walk from centre which we really enjoyed. Parking on site was also very good, with parking spaces being of a decent size.

We booked the property for a king or 2 twins. I asked what we are getting at check in. We were told King got to the room and got a double. Phones Expedia and was no help since we checked in. The double room was less money than what we booked and didn’t even get the difference back

Room had a huge bed but it took over almost the entire room. Bathroom had no soap, just shampoo, body lotion, hand sanitizer and the glass wash basin was impractical and little storage in the bathroom. It’s right across the road from GranCasa shopping centre and the tram stops out the front. So some good things but for a 4 star needs a few better things

The worst place I have ever slept in my life, people knocking on your door for no reason and screaming in terror at night, I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell.

OK for a one night business stay. Room was small and very warm. No air - only heat in system. So, had to open window which let in mosquitos and noise. It is attached to a mall which was nice. Otherwise, probably will not repeat this stay.

Great hotel and location. Great shopping centre opposite. Underground car parking is essential during the stay. Easy access to old town by tram or a 25 minute leisurely stroll.

Modern 3 stars hotel
This hotel is a superior 3 star. The lobby and rooms look new and tidy. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. There is a garage to park your car as it is difficult to find a place in the street. The breakfast has a decent selection of warm and cold food as also fresh fruit. There is a tram station very near to the hotel and it takes 10 minutes to arrive to city center. There is a gym next to the building that costs 5 euros to enter.

Comfortable and close to the city centre
The hotel is located at 20-25 minutes walk from the city centre, very close to bus and tram lines that will bring you anywhere in Zaragoza. Opposite to the hotel is a Mall with plenty of shops and restaurants, but if you feel adventurous there are plenty of taverns in the adjacent streets. At 10 minutes walk, you can find the newest park in Zaragoza, built for the 2008 international Exposition and worth a visit. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the only small issue we had was promptly resolved by the staff.

Great location and good value hotel
This hotel is right next to a large shopping centre with Bus & Tram stops right outside, just 4 tram stops into the centre of town. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good value at 9 euros with lots of choice

Small but clean modern hotel. In the business district. Parking was a little complicated. It shares its parking with the office building behind it. We didn't know you had to press a button upon entering the parking garage in order to open a different door leading into the hotel's parking area. The parking attendant had to come out and help us.

Modern,clean hotel with a very comfortable bed.
Hotel is convenient for the 4 stop tram ride into centre and has supermarkets just across the road. Hotel has parking underneath. Room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had. Reception staff all speak English and are helpful. WiFi was not the most consistent.

Excellent business class hotel about a mile from the center city/cathedral area. Very nice room, excellent buffet breakfast. Short trip on tram (streetcar) to the center city area. Found parking on the street nearby, underground garage also on site. Helpful staff. We will stay there again.

Fabulous hotel
Hotel is a little out of town but tram out the front. Large shopping complex (should you need to shop) is only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our two stays; both rooms were very clean, beds were large and extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and staff were helpful. Private secure onsite parking was also included but worth checking first. We can highly recommend Exe Hotel and would definitely stay here again if/when we next visit Zaragoza.

Good stay, but not sure about hot rooms.
Convenient location for my trip. Located next to a mall with food options in the area, and a short walk to the old town, or hop on a tram and you are in the old town in 5 minutes. The service was friendly and good, room clean, modern new and comfortable. Wifi works well and breakfast was good. My only complaint is the hot air and heat in the room. This was in March, it was cool outside, but the rooms and hallways so boiling hot that I had to sleep with the window open. Even an open window did not really cool down the room much, and the AC did nothing even when set on coldest. I hope it works better in summer months!
