Someone needs to take time to clean ALL the windows in the front entrance and in the rooms. Very disgusting! Tried to Look out the window from my room and could hardly see out they were so filthy. The parking lot needs lots of work to fill all the pot holes. Rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

There was no staff there at 9pm. We called the number on the door and got an automated request for a code we were not given. The parking lot was empty and all other properties in the area were sold out. We found a place about 60 km later on the highway. There had better not be a charge on my credit card.

very old facility and parking lot and exterior building in disrepair. had to make a phone call for check in. overly concerned staff with regard to covid. room was clean and comfortable but very warm.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciated all the pillows. The shower didn’t work, and as I can only take showers I was shocked and a bit upset. The coffee area as well as the bathroom wasn’t too clean... Also, there was a desk but no outlets free so my laptop could not be plugged in for me to work. The room was a disappointment.

No one would answer the phone we called for hours on the way to the property as we were going to be arriving late in the night. Expedia rep also called and could not reach the hotel. We arrived and called the number on the paper on the door that says call anytime for assistance as the desk is not always maned due to covid19. Still no one answered. So with two very tired kids and a VERY long distance car ride we had no where to stay for the night and had to try and get a room at another hotel. Worst experience we have ever had with a hotel and with an expedia booking

They stay was comfortable...
We booked our stay here as we were driving across the country. The place was a bit hard to find since the available images are definitely a bit misleading. The outdoor area was a bit run-downed but once you get into your room, the room is fairly clean & tidy. Front Desk will take your credit card information for incidental and will charge you a $200 dollars fee if they smell smoke in your room or any other incidents that may occur while you are there, so it may be best to take photos of your room and report anything before you go to bed. The neighbourhood has quite a few restaurants in the area, so if you are hungry you shouldn't have any issues looking for one.

Would stay again if I had to.
The Front Staff struggled with the English language so made understanding her difficult but we were able to get through the Check-In procedure. The room was clean however was outdated. No new fixtures or appliances. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, the water was hot. The tub drain did require some repair (cracked). The bathroom drain by the sink was clogged. Took forever for the water to drain. No comment cards, etc upon checkout to advise the staff.

Just Passing Through
The inside of the motel was clean both in the lobby and in the room. However, the outside needs a lot of repairs, both on the building and the parking lot. The staff were friendly and check in was efficient. It was quiet, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Half the property is for sale. Most guest were truckers and people travelling cross country. The main, two sided, sign is broken and doesn’t light up. If you need a bed it’s fine. There is nothing else to be had.

My husband two small children and I arrived at midnight. The room still had food on the counter from another persons stay. There was a long black hairs in the bathroom and in the towels. The counters didn’t look like they had been wiped in several months. The outside parking was so caked in ice I almost fell carrying my infants car seat. When I went to go discuss the problems with my stay with the manager he informed me that there was nothing they could do and if I had a problem with the room I should’ve asked for a different one or not stayed the night!! Horrific service and experience overall!
