Not particularly quiet, but easy access to sites and public transportation. My negative-ish review is due to front desk staff rudeness. We were two friends (not a couple), traveling together and needed 2 keys as were doing different activities. Was told: Second key not possible The hotel was full and there were no more key cards. Was finally given a metal key from security that did not work. When tried again to get key card, was given one that was only good for 12 hours. The front desk on the last day were wonderful, but the previous day issues were annoying

very well located, very close to the Cascad and Opera House. Many cafes and restaurants around. At the same time it is quiet at the hotel, despite streets with a traffic nearby.

My room did not have a TV in the bedroom although all rooms have. asked to change my room which was on the 1st floor and very noisy and they declined although there is no TV in the bedroom and the shower drain is clogged. In addition , $19 for such a poor breakfast buffet is a rip off

Just WOW!
One of the beetter hotels i have stayed in most of my travels. The location is just brilliant and if you are staying on the 5th floor, the views are amazing. The check-in was super smooth and the staff are very helpful. Special shout out to Ali who took the time to explain where to buy a sim card, transportation and how to get to the sight seeing locations. They even lent us an instanbul card for transportation. Clean rooms, complimentary fruits basket and the breakfast spead is 5 stars. Cant recommend this place enough.

Great people - annoying condition
No air-condition; nearly bare gym, with no towels or water, poor breakfast. That said, location is fantastic and the hotel team were nothing short of AMAZING!!!

The hotel is nice, the location is great, the breakfast is great. The room was so HOT took me 2 days to convince the staff that my room was hot. I could bot sleep because thr room was probably 25 degrees.

Great people, but room needs work.
Room wasn’t much to brag about. Shower is a small box within the tub and has a hand held nozzle on a pole. Tub did leak from shower spray on the seams. The mattress was worn and lop sided. The staff is great and eating up stairs was amazing service. So in all the people element great! The structure and amenities are less than desirable. We had the executive suite with one bedroom, lots of room.

Location is Great. Breakfast and servers were perfect. While we were out of town for two days, they didn't clean the room and excuse was that they didn't have the key. The cleaning crew were not professional and not on time. Overall we had a good time.

All employees were very friendly. Just one note... All hotel guests should be able to go to your rooftop bar without reservations. It is like that in everywhere in the world. Rooftop hostess Sona could be friendlier. Other then that everything was perfect.

Great Hotel
Hotel was in a great location.Very comfortable layout of a room. Very clean. Breakfast was fine, continental. Restaurant overlooks a great view. Good WiFi. I liked all about this hotel, but the fact that people smoke at the bar, in the lobby. For a nonsmoker it is hard to take. You wanted or not, you become a second hand smoker.
