Excellent location and service
Great location behind the U.S. Consular General and close to the river walk, shopping, and other attractions near the city center, but on a quiet side street. A lot of detail towards cleanliness was given in making the rooms and reception area safe with regards to the pandemic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front desk and room service staff always had a smile and were ready to help. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers and be at the top my list for consideration if returning to Yekaterinburg.

Good hotel for friendly stay at central location
Extremely nice and friendly staff. Spoke great English. Location was central, and the hotel was easy to locate. Breakfast was so-so but it did its job. Room was clean and very nice, no worries whatsoever. I would stay here again if I ever visit Ekaterinburg again.

Great staff & near center of town
I checked into a room that stank but was promptly given another that was great. I was accommodated a single double bed when my reservation was for 2 twins. The Internet speed was the best I've had yet in Russia (~10/10mps) but getting on was difficult since I had no sms number accessible without Internet. The driver from the airport tried to say he waited for me & therefore charge me an extra ~30% when my flight was in fact early; the staff honored my concern & charged me the standard rate. Every staff member I interacted with expressed a genuine caring & I appreciated their level of English greatly. The breakfast buffet was decent & had more selection than many. I would definitely recommend & return

Good location in the city centre
The hotel is in the centre of town near cafes, pubs and clubs. Rooms are ok but my room did not have a safe in it. Internet is good and there is a small gym too. Breakfast is good and the staff are helpful. Maids sometimes forget to give you enough soap, shower gel, coffee etc

The room service waiters are not always very polite, forgetting to say such words as "thank you" for tips, for example. The gym is very small, with little equipment. The breakfasts are quite tasty, quality and enjoyable.

Nice hotel with fantastic staff
I arrived at the hotel around 8 am, and checked-in early for the price of 1/2 of a night's stay. The check-in was simple, and the woman at the check-in counter was very easy to deal with. During my 4 night stay, I had breakfast every morning, except the last day when I returned to the hotel from running errands just after they had closed--however, a waitress was kind enough to go back to the kitchen and grab a yogurt and pastry for me! I ordered room service once, and was very pleased with the quality of the pasta dish. During my stay I used the fitness center every morning. In the center there are several pieces of gym equipment, including free weights, an elliptical, and two treadmills (the one on the right doesn't seem to be measuring distance quite right). I briefly popped into the Turkish bath (really more like a large co-ed tiled steam room than a proper Turkish bath) one evening, but the temperature was much too hot for me so I couldn't stay in long. Additionally, I used the hotel's taxi service to go to the Expo center and to the airport (830 Rub), and would recommend to use them as their rate is competitive and the cars and drivers are professional. Overall I had a very positive experience at the hotel and would stay there again.

Greeted by a very friendly staff with excellent spoken english. The aircondition on the floors from 4 and up are not working properly and have a hard time keeping the temperature low. I was moved to 3rd floor and it worked. Without air condition you will not survive the summer! This is a serious problem. The breakfast menu is average at best - food ingredients needs to become better and staff need to secure that food is chilled!

Passable for the country
Staff tried to be accomodating but not quite up to necessary standards as far as using for business travel. When you are very hot with no room to settle in and work, it makes for a long two weeks to waste time.
