Be aware when you gave them credit card to pay for your stay. I booked 2 rooms for my family during the stay and they accidentally double charged my credit card.
At first it's a small inconvenience but it took forever to refund me. I just followed up again after I already left for days and I got the same answer that they're waiting for manager to approve. It's crazy that the manager takes that long to correct the hotel mistake.
Otherwise, the service is great, everyone is super friendly and helpful.
If I ever stay here again, I would just pay by cash and not give them my card. Such a horrible management process.
