Paintakingly slow refund when they overcharged
Be aware when you gave them credit card to pay for your stay. I booked 2 rooms for my family during the stay and they accidentally double charged my credit card. At first it's a small inconvenience but it took forever to refund me. I just followed up again after I already left for days and I got the same answer that they're waiting for manager to approve. It's crazy that the manager takes that long to correct the hotel mistake. Otherwise, the service is great, everyone is super friendly and helpful. If I ever stay here again, I would just pay by cash and not give them my card. Such a horrible management process.

It was wonderful! Staff very thoughtful. So nice to our family, even made our baby baby a cake on his birthday and surprised him at breakfast!

Very limit items to choose for breakfast. The shower room fill with water, it take a while for the water go down the drain. I would not recommend this resort.

Staff was beyond excellent (An in the main restaurant came to mind).. but policy is below average.. We rented a villa with the intent of eating family meal together but instead, the kitchen is optional (another $200USD/night)and even then no seafood is allow. A villa with no kitchen access? Beachfront villa and cant enjoy seafood? Restaurant is way overprice.. $5USD for a coconut? $15 for cheese pizza? Almost forgot .... razor sharp edge in the form of ceramic tiles all around and IN the pool. Overall, looks good but not worth the money.. If it was not for the staff this hotel would only get 2 stars

Zeer netjes en verzorgd hotel
Heel goed en net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers. Ontbijt buffet was prima en goed verzorgd. Enige kleine opmerking is dat tijdens het diner de porties niet al te ruim waren.

부모님 그리고 6세 딸과 함께 가족여행2박3일 로비가 좁음 하지만 상관없음 숙소 깨끗 헬스장 좋음 수영장에는 그냥 야외풀. 멜리아나 옆에 홀리데이인 처럼 미끄럼틀이나 그런거 없음.그냥 수영만함 아침식사. 괜찮았으나 종류가 많지는 않음 특히 일월화 묶었는데 월요일 투숙객이 없어서인지 화요일 조식은 단품메뉴로 나옴 뷔페는 월요일 조식만 나옴 편의점 없음 뭐 살라면 홀리데이인까지 가야하지만 산책하며 가기 괜찮음 저녁식사 가장 애매함 조식먹는곳 한군데 아니면 또 홀리데이인 가야함 그리고!!!!! 숙소에 전기 인덕션 있지만 냄비 같은거 없음 물어보니 이거 쓰려면 300만동 내야한다고 함 디파짓 아니고 300만동 내는거임. 라면이랑 이것저것 가져갔는데 난감.그릇 수저 젓가락 있음 전자렌지 있어서 물넣고 돌려서 먹음. 다음에 온다면 대비해서 와야겠음
