The room was great, they had the air conditioning on which was very nice, the staff is excellent and they spoke English, the breakfast was very good too

Love how the women at breakfast area welcomed us and started guiding us through the menu. She was a great help and tried her best to cater for me and my wife.

This property is only 7 km from airport. The options to get there are taxi, bus 424. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room size is larger than standard.

Lay over - 10hr stay
There was one receptionist who spoke English. Most people spoke Chinese which is understandable. Service was good after the communication barrier was sorted. They helped me to call a taxi to take me to the airport which was appreciated.

One of the best features is it has international chargers in all outlets in the room. However it does not support the three pron USA version. You would need to adapter to this case such as laptop plugins.. The food was very good. It came with breakfast. However, the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner. The cost of the food was inexpensive. There was plenty of walking areas on the waterfront. However, there's not much nearby and over of restaurants or other. .

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the staff immediately moved me to another room after I complained, but the cigarette smell remained in every room. The TV also didn't work at all. If you hate the smell of cigarette smoke, please don't book this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and it’s really new as well! The only inconvenience is that it’s a bit far from the cbd! But it’s very close to the Gaoqi Airport! The room is very spacious, the only down thing is that there ain’t a mini fridge in the room!

Building and rooms were nice and new. My room was not facing the coast, but those rooms have a beautiful view. Breakfast was mostly Eastern, but there was Corn Flakes, fresh fruit, toast, yogurts, coffee and juice.

Although the hotel was conformable & clean and the breakfast was wonderful, the wifi did not work. I was in Xiamen while on a business trip which impeded my ability to work. The staff tried their hardest to fix it but were unable to and ignored my requests for a refund. When checking out I was told I would receive a reimbursement on my credit card which I never received. If you just need a place to sleep near the airport it is decent but definitely would not recommend for anything else.

Fabulous hotel...Great staff, perfect room - first time i FINALLY got coffee stirrer in my room at a hotel. Spotless. Lots of outlets. Great air cond. Good breakfast. 19 km to heart of Xiamen - but that should be obvious to you. So location is very close to airport but not sightseeing. Other thing is I wish they had some snack machines or sold some packaged foods in the hotel since there are no convenient stores nearby.

Fantastic for a family
This hotel is so good for a family. It has huge rooms that are appointed in kid friendly ways: Peppa pig dolls and a teepee with blocks in it, kid toothbrushes. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Great overnight stay
Super friendly hotel and meet all are requests quickly. Quite easy to grab a taxi in the morning, only about 10 mins from the airport. Super quiet stay and great view over the water. If you have a long layover, this is a great place.

The hotel is newly open, so everything is new. Bedroom is spacious and clean. However, below are points to be aware of : 1) Hotel is very far from the city. It is not near metro/subway. Therefore, the only transport mode is taxi. 2) Hotel is not in google map. So it is very difficult for taxi driver how to get there. Be sure to bring hotel business card with you to tell the driver. 3) Wifi is extremely slow. Most of the time, I use my mobile phone 3G. 4) Gym and lounge are not available during my visit (April 5-8, 2019), so there is nothing else to do at the hotel, considering wifi is super slow.
