We arrived at the hotel and mentioned that we were there to celebrate a birthday and were immediately given a glass of fizz each. The room was great with good facilities and was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had intended to walk into town for dinner but having seen the menu (and the special on cocktails) we decided to eat in and it was superb! We had the fish on the sharing boards and it was huge and delicious and far bigger than we expected. We definitely will visit again both the hotel and restaurant are worth a detour when we are close.

First time staying here and got an upgrade to a suite. Absolutely spectacular. Decoration, comfort, cleanliness all top notch. Staff so attentive and helpful. Food at restaurant on another level. Totally recommend and will hopefully get to go back again soon!

Lovely place to stay in Worcester

Interesting building on river side. Room comfortable but rather noisy with open windows( necessary as very warm and no air-conditioning, although rather noisy fan provided.

Stylish and elegant
Everything about our stay was perfect, we stayed over for a family wedding in a nearby venue. We arrived at the hotel and were presented with a complimentary Prosecco, and the checking was nice and simple. While we waiting for friends to arrive put luggage was taken to our hotel room. We then ate at the restaurant at the food and service was amazing. Great location overlooking the river great for a walk too!

Lovely hotel and restaurant by the river. Comfortable, quiet room. We stayed en route home from a holiday in Cornwall and would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast too!
