Stay was terrible Room smelled like pee Shower rod was broken Shower leaked water all over the floor because the curtain rod. Bathroom didn’t drain and the repair guy never came Asked for linens They kept saying had none Ppl where letting there kids run up and down the halls all hrs. There where ppl above us as well Jumping up and down All heard two nights straight Management did call them. Have a son that’s special needs and has epilepsy Had two seizures there at the hotel due to the noise and not getting any sleep Never stopped Instead of giving us a free night or anything because of this We just ended up checking out a day early The room is 101 if anyone gets it Hotel and management F F F F

The rooms whats not even close looking like the advertised one, its says breakfast included it but only like coffe and cookies sitting by the front desk window, the room inside was very pooly maintain, with things about to fall apart, it was not pleasent to be there

Clean or not to clean
When my boyfriend arrived for his overnight stay, he went into the room to find the bed not made from the previous guest and 3 used towels on the bathroom floor. When he addressed it with the front desk, they all but said oh well. I am extremely disappointed that they didn’t offer to move him to a clean unused room. We travel a lot. He is young, and i feel as though they took advantage of him. I would appreciate for someone to reach out please.

The woman at the front desk remembered me from previous stays and is all smiles and helpful. I love the simple desk, the soft chair near the bed and multiple pillows. The cabinet near the sink for the garbage pail is falling apart from repeated use. Other than that one thing ive stayed here many times and its consistently great.

Not recommended
First they gave me a key for a room that wasn't even clean. Then they gave me a room that was not really clean. There was hair all over the bottom of the toilet. They need to update those rooms . It was just nasty.
