We do only have one elevator at the moment, as we're waiting on a part from our service provider. As for the cleanliness of the room - was this brought to our staff's attention? Hi Mark, Thanks for your review and comments. I'm sorry you didn't find your stay to be comfortable. Although not provided in every suite, we do provide some kitchen items in the shared community kitchen on the 1st floor. Should you ever encounter noise related issues, etc., we encourage guests to contact our 24/7 front desk staff. The entire city and area was sold out, which drove up prices for available rooms. Some sports teams had to stay as far as London due to lack of inventory. Thanks for staying with us.

We have asked for the contractors working at our location to try and start as late as possible to not impact guest stays. Due to the heat, they've been wanting to start earlier. Hello Priscilla, I'm sorry you didn't realize what you were booking. We are an affordable hotel-like summer accommodation, which is included in our property description and accompanying photos on our web listings. We do not have a carpentry shop on the roof, but we have had roofer completing some work during the week. We would have happily shown you another room to assure you the musty smell was isolated and may have been due to an A/C being off, etc. We've receive many positive online reviews, so I'm sorry we weren't what you were expecting. Food services are available on campus weekdays which is walkable, but all other food options are within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Hope to see you again soon!

Each suite does offer cable TV, so I believe there may have been an issue with your actual television. Although we were experiencing A/C issues, the problem has been resolved and the building is now nice and cool for the summer. We hope you'll give us another try!

Hello Robin, Yes, we are a student residence and offer hotel-like, affordable accommodations during the summer. Typically we would have A/C, but ran in to issues during start up. The A/C will be back up and running this week. Until fixed, we did have fans available at the desk. We hope to see you again next time you're in Windsor.
