The property was very clean and the staff were excellent. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay even though we were out for most of the day on Saturday. I had to flag down housekeeping to empty our garbage. The hot tub in the pool area did not seem to be working properly. The continental breakfast was good.

Upon entering our room, the floors were dirty .. my feet were black within 10 minutes of walking around. Two plugs didnt work, the main light didnt work, the air conditioner cover was off of it, tv remote didnt work. We went to the breakfast buffet ONCE, all that was there was fruit and yogurt. The second night we encountered an very ignorant front desk lady. I would never ever stay here again or reccomend ANYONE to stay here.

We have reveiwed front desk log of your stay and yes we changed your TV remote with a new remote on your request with in minutes. Only other issue noted was on 2nd night that room was booked for 2 people but there were 5 guest staying in this room.Unfortunately we were not aware of any plugs or light not working. We had the room checked yesterday and you will be glad to know everything is working perhaps may be a wire could have been loose. We thankyou again for taking the time to response.

The workers were friendly and very helpful. She even tried to call me at home to make sure we would be ok with hockey teams being there and so therefore it might be a bit more noisy. I thought that was really good.

It’s small but clean and the staff are friendly. The doors are very loud and echo when they close which is annoying when an entire preteen sports team is running in and out of their rooms. The breakfast is great as well with many good options.

Good room but a bit over priced.
In town for a Golf tournament. Location was convenient distance from course. Room was a good size and well maintained. HVAC system was adequate. Could have used more glasses and bottled water would have been a nice touch considering the cost of the room.

It was the perfect place to stay while exploring Point Peele National Park for the weekend in Spring. The staff was friendly and the hotel caters to birdwatchers very well. Because of the Festival of Birds, the hotel had very early breakfast available, which was exactly what we needed before going out adventuring. We never got a chance to use the swimming pool, or the bar/game lounge, but we were happy with the rooms, the bed was really comfy, good shower, and the hotel was very quiet overall. We had 2 great nights of sleep after 16 hours of hiking everyday. We'll be back for the Fall Migration for sure!

Room was okay some spider webs in the bottom corners. Breakfast was okay - some variety but not so fresh. Pool area was EXTREMELY dangerous. Kids were slipping we had to put towels down on the floor where the mats were lacking. Pool and hottub water was so dirty.
