All the staff and managers at this location are not professional to say the least. Please choose another hotel. I am a titanium member at Marriott and will never stay here again.

The property had limited staff and upon arrival the front desk manager treated me more like I was to serve her than a paying guest. I did call the Manager and he promised the issue would be resolve yet she was even more rude upon my leaving. Marriott reward members please beware!!!!

Overall, it was a good stay. The weirdest thing was ice; there were no ice making machines. Ice was available from a lobby freezer, but it was a solid ball of ice cubes. Tough to use when no hammer was provided

VERY CLEAN. Step-in shower is amazing - roomy, strong water stream. Excellent breakfast also. Very convenient - right off I-81.
