Property was Great! Food was wonderful and the staff was excellent. Our day time bartender at the Main bar was wonderful. She really knew how to make a drink. Staff at the Topaz was very attentive. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room and the front desk had it taken care of immediately. Have already booked for next year.

This was my first time at an all inclusive report, and I thought it was lovely. The bay it was situated on is absolutely beautiful. Staff are very friendly and always greet you when they see you. Drinks were good, and food was just okay… but I didn’t expect much more from an all inclusive. I enjoyed watching the birds at breakfast - they really didn’t bother me. And anyone they did bother obviously hasn’t been to the Caribbean before. Other animals around the property… a few cats, a dog (which belonged to someone down the road), and the tortoises - were all enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice place with a beautiful beach and very friendly staff.

We are return guests and love it. The food was amazing at both the Pineapple Grill and Chef Pietros. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Now the negatives - the rooms in the waterfront building NEED to be renovated desperately. The showers are disgusting and ours had red an black mildew growing. Also, who can reach a safe that is 6 ft off the ground? My wife couldn’t and I had to pull a chair up to it each time I needed to get in. Last, the Topaz restaurant always seemed short staffed. Hopefully, by the time we visit next year these things will be corrected.

One of the room, The room keys no working for 3 days. We have to keep going to the office to reissue the keys. Very inconvenient. The 2nd room, air conditioning water drop on the floor. The car service “talixo” confirm by text to pick up on 5/13 at 1pm. But suddenly call us at 7:45am for pick up. I told the driver that I have change the schedule on 5/11 Saturday pick up at 1pm. Call back “talixo” said order cancel can not reschedule. Very upset. Try to call Expedia no one available. Try to text no reply.

The staff was so rude. Any time you try to ask someone anything they act like you’re the biggest bother or will straight up ignore you. It was definitely an older crowd; my boyfriend and I (22 y/o) were the youngest there by a mile, and from the moment we got there we’re treated like less than. Go up to the bar no one acknowledged us. Drinks were made with barely half a shot. Never any towels. Restaurants were not good. The steakhouse that’s an extra $40 a person should not have been extra given the quality of the food. Disappointing. All I can say is the beach was nice but you can get that at other hotels.

The property is beautiful and the staff are lovely. My main negative thoughts are that it is a competition to get chairs on the beach and to get dinner reservations. People put their towels out on chairs at 5am, so, if you sleep in at all you are out of luck. If you don’t book reservations well in advance you only have the option to eat at the buffet. Also, there is no room service available and they don’t provide bottled water. There are zero drinks stocked in the fridge in the room. They only leave 1 bottle of wine and 2 small water bottles on arrival. That was a huge negative for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a place which draws more middle aged/retired people. Very chill environment. Most of the staff was really great, a couple of bar tenders were always rude. You have to book dinner reservations 48 hours in advance or you will be eating buffet all the time, where the people are great but the food is mediocre. You have to pay extra for The Orchid steak house, but it was worth it. The Italian restaurant was also good, just small portions. You only get one complimentary bottle of water per person, you can either refill the bottle or buy more water. The beach is nice, they keep it pretty clear of seaweed where possible. Pools are cleaned daily.

The resort was nice but extremely outdated. The food was very basic for resort food. Our first night we made reservations to an Italian restaurant that had 4 things on the menu and not 1 Italian dish. The beach was beautiful. The room was cute, but the walls are paper thin. You hear everyone around you morning and night. The bathroom was ok, it definitely needed repairs. The staff had its days, some people were very talkative and nice while others weren’t so happy. This resort is an older crowd, zero night life. The property is silent by 11pm. We made reservations for The Grill (Seafood) and again not many options but was a lot better than the Italian restaurant. The snack bar was decent but busy all day, you waited a long time to get your food. We were not pleased with the resort by our second day so we got day passes to the sister resort. Verandah saved our trip! Beautiful resort, very good fresh food and lovely staff. We spent the remainder of our stay at the sister resort.

The property was very well maintained with a lay back vibe. Except for wait staff, all others were very friendly and warm. Wait staff was very professional, however, they did not give off that warm, glad to see you feeling. Because of the 48 hour advance restaurant booking policy, you are forced to eat at the buffet the first three nights.

This was my 3rd stay in 3 years. It is the most relaxed, friendly - and all adult ages welcome - resort. It is not fancy. The beach area is absolutely divine. The food is very good,not extraordinary. The house wines could (and should) be better, but for the price one cannot beat it. The staff is incredible. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Every room has a terrace and mine, facing the ocean, was large with a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. I'll be going back next year!

I stayed at The Pineapple Beach Club with my husband in March, for 7 days. Pros: -beautiful, but small, beach. The water and sand is gorgeous! -Every single person that worked at the club was incredibly friendly and attentive. I never had to wait for more than a minute for a drink at the bar; everyone said hello when walking by; the waitstaff at the buffet were SO attentive - constantly refilling water, asking if we wanted a drink from the bar, removing empty plates, etc. -Loved the excursion to Shirley Heights that they plan. It is a must see on a Sunday! -The bed was very comfortable. -The gym was very good. Cons: -The lack of beach towels! On the first day I had to wait until almost 2 in the afternoon to get a beach towel. I blame the guests just as much as the resort. Almost everyone took 2 beach towels, put them on a beach chair, and then leave. I have never been to a resort that had such a problem with this. There definitely needs to be more unbrellas or palapas with the strength of the sun. It's impossible to lay in the sun for more than 10 minutes without getting too hot and/or burning. -The food was just okay. I am used to eating all-inclusive meals at Club Med in Turks and Caicos, and the food at the Pineapple Beach Club just doesn't compare. There were a few very good choices, but most of the food was pretty basic. We enjoyed out stay, but will probably go back to T&C next time.

Pineapple Beach is a beautiful resort with the very best staff. Everyone was welcoming and kind and couldn't do enough for us. My beachfront room was perfection. I would rate the food a 4. I did not like the fact that all the loungers at the beach and pools were reserved with the towel by 8:30 in the morning. If I didn't get there early I would not have a place to sit. The other thing I did not appreciate was the problem getting reservations for dinner in the various restaurants. Why aren't they open at least five nights a week? However the Outhouse is a 10! I would highly recommend Pineapple Beach to everyone who wishes to go to Antigua.

This isn’t a five star resort. We stayed in the ocean view rooms. The beach area was very nice and the staff very friendly. The rooms had cheap laminate wood floors installed improperly over the top of the old terra cotta floors. The laminate had become warped and damage from water in the bathroom and there were several places in the room where someone had used large screws driven straight into the face of the floor boards in random spots. The rooms need a serious refresh. Old cultured marble counter tops from the 80’s, hot water was come and go. The beds were comfortable, though.

Great service in a relaxed setting. Beautiful beach and three unique pools. Excellent Friday night dinner buffet under the stars with a 6 piece steel drum band and live band for dancing that followed. Starbucks level gourmet coffee shop all day and night. Very short lines, if any. Always got a beach/pool lounge. Several bars with a nice selection. Rooms clean and bright. Spacious patios and lovely grounds.
