While being an older building is not an issue, lack of proper maintenance is an issue. As a former college campus maintenance plumber/AC tech, we were kept on constant watch for work orders from the students and resident assistants questions and requests. I know that there are always budget constraints to deal with also, but minor repairs usually prevent major repairs. Attention to details in housing is necessary to keep the business running smoothly and profitably.

The property and room were fine. Motel 6 has laminate floors (no carpeting) which feels so much cleaner. Everything was in good working order and our stay was very pleasant.

Had to slam the door (hard) for it to close Opening it was extremely difficult. Was refused a room change. The toilet tank banged the wall from having loose bolts. Ran out of coffee early. No microwave or fridge in room. The microwave in the (unlit) common room was filthy..

This property is run down and needs upgrading. Our ground floor room had a duct taped broken window, mold in the shower and the smell of mold coming from the bathroom ceiling fan. We could hear all the goings on in the adjacent rooms, upstairs and outside. The grounds had weeds, broken glass and garbage with people smoking right outside the door. We were only allowed one plastic key card per room which was inconvenient. Maybe the other Motel 6 in Willams is better but I’d steer clear of this one.

Great place to stay during a road trip. Clean and comfy rooms, very nice staff. There is a souvenir shop nearby (on the historic route 66).

We had a good 1 night stay on our way to the Grand Canyon...cute little town with lots of restaurants...shopping..grocery store and more in walking distance..hotel was clean and beds were comfy

Pretty clean inside room. Absolutely minimal furniture in room. Wifi would not connect in room, had to go to lobby. Beds were very hard. Walls were thin, our room was directly under an elephant that thumped around for hours on the floor which kept waking us up, then the snoring from above began. Luckily, the fan in the air conditioning unit was so loud that it almost drowned out the noise from above, but not quite. But for a discount hotel, it was clean enough and did the trick in the location we wanted. We would stay here again in a pinch.

Good location if you plan to visit Grand Canyon and want to spend the night here before you go to canyon drive from the motel is around 1 1/2hr. Hotel is ok. Mattress not the comfiest.

This place seems to have sold all furniture to pay off a mortgage. The rooms are bare, no coffee, no microwave, no breakfast, no fridge, sheets thin cheap, bare bones. Better for less money in the area.

Property was very clean. Our room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. However there’s no amenities in the rooms, no safe, no microwave, no refrigerator. There was a big gap under the door which we could hear everything and everyone going on in the hallway. The upstairs folks were very noisy. We could hear the water pipes from the bathrooms next door. Walls were kinda of thin. Beds are a bit old. Tv was way too small and screen was very dark. Toilet was old and it smelled a bit of urine and the seat was wobbly. Water pressure was great though. It was very walkable to all the shops and restaurants which was great. It’s good for a couple nights if all you’re going to do is use it to sleep and not stay in your room the whole day. This is my honest review

Very clean. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately it is so loud. They have hardwood floors instead of carpet so you can hear literally EVERYTHING! But… totally worth it for the price. I would go back again if the price stayed the way it is. Workers were very sweet.
