The hotel (Zoetry) looked nice, but looks can be deceiving . The room was not cleaned very well as well as other areas around the hotel. We left a cup and plate outside from room service which stay outside for two days. The cup was knocked over and no one cleaned up the spill which left ants by the door. I had to take the cup and plate to the bar since no one never picked it up. The food was tremendously lacking and the wait times were to long. When we first arrived around 3 something we were told to go to the pool area for food. We had to wait 2 hours to get some drumsticks, fries, Caesar salad, hamburger, and spring rolls. We had to then go get our own drink from the bar, which was another 30 minute wait. The night of anniversary we once again had to wait an hour for the starter/appetizer. Which by the way two other guests that set down sometime after us received food before us. I mention this to our server, which she basically ignored us. First off, there were very little food options for this place to be a 5 Star Resort (All Exclusive). We have been to a lot of different countries and hotels which had more food options. Secondly, the bars lacked consistency in service and manners. It appeared that the staff was very young and inexperienced in basic hospitality. Third the overall customer service was the worst we have ever experienced . The workers are very rude and would basically ignore you speaking to them. The staff acted like we were bothering them.
