The overall experience was so so. We met 3 employees. They were all polite and did a good job. The washbasin faucet did not work well. The parking lot had a bunch of blown-in leaves and cigarette butts. The breakfast was pretty good.

You get what you pay for. Convenient location if you need to stop on your way. Some basic dining options within walking distance, big Safeway near by. Might get noisy due to the traffic. Average design, water fountain or dispenser are lacking.

The room was nice, bed comfy. However the breakfast was not acceptable by my standards, eggs and sausages tasted disgusting. So if you are hoping to save on breakfast, most likely will not.

The check-in clerk was efficient and quick. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food items. the sausage was not too flavorful and slimy, but the muffins and eggs were good. I also liked that yogurt was available The room was clean, and I appreciate that the shower/bathtub facility had a slip-resistant bottom surface and that the bathtub side was easily stepped over--good safety design! A lot of truckers seem to use this hotel, and the sounds of them taking off in the morning and using their air brakes was quite noisy. It was convenient to have a grocery store (Safeway), a restaurant (R&R Pizza--quite good!) and the interstate highway not very far away. Good stay, but not exceptional.

The breakfast eggs and sausage are not edible. There was no decaf coffee. Milk for cereal was in an unlabeled container in the fridge. Coffee cups had no lids displayed. There was no hot sauce. Worst attempt at hotel breakfast I have ever seen.

The milk container is labeled 2% Milk. We do not have coffee lids, as we are not allowed to have them. There was salsa provided. And if you felt that breakfast was not edible, why did you not say anything to the front desk?

Upside... Big rm we got the suite. The staff was helpful. Good coffee. Downside we had to wait an extra hour past check in to go into our room. The room was still pretty dirty. Found a very old sippy cup right under the bed while picking up something of ours. Breakfast was not good.

The floor was absolutely disgusting!!! Each of the 4 of us showered and was ready to climb into bed after traveling for 12 hours. As we walked around the room we noticed our 2 year old granddaughters feet. The bottoms of them were extremely dirty and this was AFTER a shower!! I then looked at the bottom of all our feet. They were all black with dirt. It’s as if that floor had NEVER been mopped. All of us had to wash our feet before getting into bed. But after we cleaned the floor ourselves with towels. It took two times going over the floor to get them clean enough to walk on. This was unbelievable to us. Never ever experienced dirty floors like this in a hotel before.

The room was nice and clean except we had to change rooms because the next door customers were very noisy.The front seat person told us that they are road workers and should have been assigned rooms on the opposite side.

There was a huge puddle of water on the floor when we arrived. There was no toilet paper. There is mildew along the tub. The safety door latch is broken. The girl at the front counter was very helpful but this place is falling apart.

Had everything we needed for a good nights rest.
Overnight trip to Wilcox. Nice room, quiet, clean. Had everything we needed. Close to Shopping area which was handy for late night walk over for snacks. Breakfast was decent, good eggs, biscuits etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn in Willcox. The facility grounds and room were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We'll stay there again when we visit.
