Property is outdated. Staff is rude and does not provide for any services, including letting us know when our room was ready. We then stood in a 30 minute line for check in.

the shower curtain did not fit the shower. the room we were in was on the 6th floor and the noise level from the main street was terrible. coffee in main room did not work.

Thé service is terrible the staff is careless the room was never cleaned. They said it’s upon request only. The pillows were empty felt like sleeping on no pillows. We asked for extra pillows they said none available. We asked for them to clean the room they said sorry no one available. Shades in the room is broken. Truly bad for the money.

Some things were alright, hot water was hard to come by. Mostly luke warm. Facilities old fashioned, with some updates. Staff seem to have other concerns during check-in. Also had unknown charges to my card on file (which was refunded because they didnt know what it was for). Other patrons were inconsiderate and loud till after midnight. Pretty centralized to shopping and restaurants, which was nice

AC IS NOT WORKING .... 80 degrees in room all night. Front desk just said they are having problems with ACs and probably won't be able to fix it .... NO climate control == I want a refund!!!!

It was very warm in the room, even though I turn the air conditioner down to 65. I don’t think it was working very well. Also, the area at the bottom of the outside stairwell was very cluttered and dangerous.

Enjoyed the stay…. Thought the toilet a little slow when flushed… not enough room around sink for items…. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and the staff was excellent

It’s 11° with very friendly staff. Wonderful for an overnight stay. I think it could be a great place to base a family while you are exploring the region.

room was fine, just shades and no curtains, beds were comfortable, very clean. There just seemed to be a lot of age to property. Still hands down the Best Hotel in Wilkes-Barre

Property overall is run down, room was decent and a little bit updated, rear deck of rooms viewing river are ready to collapse. Location and deck on the river in back is probably what keeps the place going.

Room was clean, but the tub had damage and as a result, mold. They probably should have fixed the tub before renting this room.

Price was right and rooms were updated and clean. Property looks dated from the outside and walls are super thin - we could hear everyone in hallway and adjoining rooms like they were in our room.

I only stayed one night. I was just stopping through on a road trip. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is that my room faced the road and was quite noisy with traffic. It didn’t keep me awake, but I think it could do that to some people. Overall a great place to stop for the night!

The rooms were clean, the views were really nice, we ate at both restaurants and they were good. Even with it being pet friendly it’s really clean. My family and myself had a great time.

The staff was amazing but both the property and surrounding area were very outdated and a little dingy. The room was clean but you can only clean so much. With some updates this place could be a gem! Also was super noisy in the hallway by the club that’s open till 2 am.

Room was shabby and outdated. AC was so loud I couldn't sleep. Indoor pool was dark and dingy. Indoor hot tub area was closed for renovations. Crescendo pizza was good. Service was great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Checked out after one night. Definitely not worth $155 - very disappointed!

Overall ok. Rooms are basic. Could use an upgrade. I requested a late checkout and twice the staff managed to still enter my room. If I return to Wilkes Barre I will likely stay somewhere else.

Down Elevator call button was broken, and the rooms looked like they had been done in the 70s and then not touched since. Drunks and smokers were always hanging around the entrances. Rooms were clean, and staff was friendly.
