Easy checkin process and friendly staff. Areas around back of hotel with dog poop stations. Easy parking. Hotel is being renovated and even the folks doing the renovations were very friendly to me while I went around them while they worked. They stopped doing updates by 6pm so it was not an issue.

The property is under construction currently so I was disappointed to see that the fitness center was closed and blanketed in debris from the construction. The breakfast buffet was not able to be added to my stay when I was booking probably due to the price. For cereal, fruit and a few light items the hotel wanted $15/person so we opted for a more substantial breakfast from the surrounding eateries. The pool was much smaller than it had looked in the photos but the hot tub was a welcomed surprise. Our room keys wouldn’t allow us into the pool so we had to ask hotel staff to let us in each time that we wanted to use it which was annoying. We likely won’t use this hotel the next time we visit the Mohegan Sun, there were a couple better options we discovered while visiting that we’ll use next time, we just expected more from a Hilton and this seemed more like the type of stay you would expect from a Motel 6

Rooms nicely renovated and clean. The lobby and. Restaurant are still undergoing renovations so the breakfast area was makeshift and seating was tight.

All though the property is under renovations, the floor we were on was a mess from construction! We had no hot water in the shower, the handicap shower was plumbed incorrectly, my husband is a professional plumber! The fan in the A/C unit was like an airplane taking off! We have stayed here before and never had any issues like this! Disappointed!

Hilton Garden Inn is going through total room renovations. Half the third floor was closed off and lobby area also being redone. Yet service was great and hotel was clean.

I’m so so so in love with this Hilton Garden branch, the beautiful lady in the front desk is always being helpful, demonstrated high standard of hospitality. The rooms are just renovated and I felt great. The location is a plus, very close to the entrance and exit of the highway 81, and there are a variety of restaurants you can choose from, a Walmart is literally 3-5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Great location with plenty of parking, friendly accommodating staff. Best of all, very clean comfortable rooms. Only incovenience was the misty spray from the shower head. It was so fine, i could bqrely get rinsed. Otherwise a great room.

I loved it here. Check in was easy, all of the staff were pleasant and the place was super clean. The only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors otherwise great stay.
