I love this small hotel. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The shower is fantastic. I feel safe in the area and it steps away from everything. If you want luxury carpets this isn't the place for you. If you want a great place to stay that's air conditioned this is the place for you.

BE AWARE - YOU MUST ASK HOTELS.COM TO GIVE YOU THE ACTUAL HOTEL BOOKING NUMBER NOT JUST THE ITINERARY NUMBER! YOU NEED THE BOOKING NUMBER TO GET INTO THE HOTEL! The check in is automatic and works great as long as you have the actual booking number. I will stay at this hotel again. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. The people are friendly and the breakfast is good. You even squeeze your own fresh orange juice. It's walking distance to everything in the town area. Everyone was very friendly.

This was a lovely surprise while staying at Wiesbaden! Downtown on a quiet street - it’s location is very easy to get everywhere quickly. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - they deserve 5 star plus plus. We traveled many many times in Germany- first time we’d had ac unit (stand alone) in our room. The staff is only there until 2:00 pm which they fully explain at check in - which was fine. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Wiesbaden.

Best hotel in Wiesbaden
I’ve been regularly travelling to Wiesbaden for several years now & stayed in many different hotels. IMHO, the Town Hotel is the best hotel in town. It maybe small, but it’s centrally located, very clean, very efficient staff who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend it & will be staying there in future. ps: Also cheapest hotel breakfast in town (€8.90) and very good value

Very good
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and am always happy there. The staff are very friendly, the place is extremely clean and the room is comfortable. Being a solo traveller, I especially appreciated being able to make hot drinks in my room, and the use of a microwave was very useful for when I didn't want to eat in a restaurant by myself. Great central location. Definitely recommended.

A small hotel well located in the center of the historic district of Wiesdbaden. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was small and basic, but clean and quiet with a comfy bed. Also, some nice touches such as an awesome body spray shower and free slippers. The check-in procedure was excellent, including a very good restaurant recommendation. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Wiesbaden.

Great location in the city center, pleasant walk (about 20 minutes) from the train station. The room was cozy, and had all the essentials. The ear plugs on the night stand gave me pause, but I found the room to be very quiet (I was there during the week).

A gem!
We stayed for two nights in July and loved it! The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. The location is excellent. It is in walking distance of places like the Kurhaus and Marktplatz. We didn’t have a car, so we can’t speak about the parking situation. However, it was accessible only from a small, narrow side street, so parking might be a challenge. They do have bikes to use during your stay but be sure to reserve them at the front desk. The hotel and room were very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. We would, without question, stay there again.

Friendly hotel staff
A nice place to stay with a super breakfast that's worth the money! Good location, friendly staff, super snacks/drinks available 24 hrs & easy after-hours automated check-in (provided you let them know in advance). WiFi was fast & accessible throughout the hotel. We were also advised about free parking which was not too far away. We had a few "comfort" issues: 1) Hotels.com listed the room as a "Superior Double Room, 1 Queen bed" which was, unfortunately, 2 single mattresses in a Queen frame. After 36 yrs in Europe, this is the first time I was mislead to believe I would be getting a Queen bed rather than the standard "double" which is often 2. The hotel's German website 2) Room amenities: 2 sets of earplugs were provided - we thought, oh no, it'll be noisy - but that was not the case. However, only 1 set of slippers were provided. 3) Bathroom amenities: The only extras provided were 2 shower caps. Wish there had been some body lotion. The generic soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower were interchangeable (we ran out of soap in the shower so switched them out) and neither were marked if the soap was also a shampoo. Since we were there for a wedding and wanted nice hair, we had to borrow shampoo from a friend 3 floors below rather than risk using body wash. In the photos on the hotel's website, other bathroom amenities are pictured. I would certainly book again if traveling alone or with a friend but not as a couple because of the mattress situation.

Location, location, location!
We stayed here during our first trip to Wiesbaden after reading multiple reviews that gave this hotel the highest of ratings. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this hotel and it became "our home away from home". The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's manager (Matt) provides amazing customer service, which exceeded our expectations. We loved that the hotel is located in the city center and we could walk to local attractions. Cabs and the Bahnhof (train system) are conveniently accessible and there was no need to rent a car. You can easily walk to the Bahnhof and ride the train for day trips to places such as Paris and other cities. An awesome breakfast (thank you, Stephanie!) is served here daily at an incredible value and we felt so catered to each time the staff was willing to prepare our hot drinks and eggs made to order. No other hotel can match what you get for the price. Wonderful staff, Clean rooms with AC! It was 90+ degrees in Wiesbaden during our stay and we appreciated having AC - especially since many hotels in Europe do not. If you love to shop, there are stores within convenient walking distance. If you're a foodie, there are fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. If you enjoy sight seeing, the hotel is close to many gorgeous, interesting historical landmarks. At The Town, you can travel conveniently and comfortably, eat well and enjoy shopping and amazing day trips for sightseeing. We will definitely stay at The Town again!

Excellent City Centre Hotel
We stayed here for 2 nights with our young puppy whilst visiting relatives in Wiesbaden. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely use this hotel again. It is important to drive to the hotel to offload luggage and to obtain a parking ticket in advance (Parking is at the casino which is only a short walk away and costs 12€ per day). The hotel is very convenient for the centre of Wiesbaden being on the North edge of the main pedestrianised area. The room was on the small side but was in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast was exceptional and is excellent value. One note of caution if you have a dog with you. We did not want to leave a young puppy on his own in the room on his first trip abroad. We understand that not everyone likes dogs (he has been trained to lie quietly under the table while we eat), but there is an open buffet at breakfast time and fortunately we were able to get a table right by the door.

Great Hotel
It was a great hotel, located in the heart of the town. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. They helped us find things to do in the evenings and made suggestions for where to eat. Breakfast was nice, though you had to pay for it.

Great Little Hotel/Inn in the Heart of Wiesbaden
Great hotel. Tiny; in some respects more a modern take on a typical European inn, which I actually quite like. Phenomenal breakfast, especially for such a small outfit, and seemed well-worth the price. Rooms are small but perfectly comfortable. The staff I dealt with were very nice and extremely helpful. Mind you, they leave around 9 PM and return around 7 AM--no 24 hour reception--so you have to feel comfortable holding on to your key because if you lose it, you're kind of out of luck until they return in the morning. But as long as that doesn't bother you, this is really a great option in the heart of a very lovely German city.

I will be back!
I was traveling alone and a little apprehensive. The girl who checked me in was more than helpful by "upgrading" me to a double room. Very nice. On the street side (not a horribly busy street) but it came with complimentary earplugs. I slept great. The breakfast was incredible. French press coffee, fresh pastries, variety of fresh fruit, fresh scrambled eggs with rosemary potatoes, sliced meats and cheeses, the list went on and on. I would definitely return here. Great location and great staff. Also very helpful with the train and a taxi service (discounted immensely). Thank you for a wonderful visit to Wiesbaden.
