The parking lot is gated, so it gives some extra security. There needs to be a "Lobby" sign above the front door so you can see which door to enter when you arrive, because there is more than one door in. The room was a very nice two bedroom suite with kitchen as described with plenty of room. Very nice and more than I expected.

If you’re going to need WIFI, don’t book here. I could never get any of my devices to work here. Nothing would load. I did have three TVs but only one worked. Dishwasher also did not work. Staff couldn’t have cared less. “Sorry” with a shrug. The place was clean except kitty litter under the bed.

Hi Erin!I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations. We just finished our WiFi upgrade so the next time you stay with us it will be lighting fast! I do apologize our staff reacted that way when bringing the issues to them. That is unacceptable and not what we are about. I will personally make sure your next stay is perfect.

We loved how spotless our room was. It was wonderful to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and sitting area for the cost of a single room at other hotels. The washer and dryer in the suite was another excellent perk. We will definitely stay here again!

Tv in living room wasn’t working. None of the three remotes worked for the tv in the bedroom. When we called staff he said he had no idea and said to try a different remote.

The property had experienced water damage so were large fans in the lobby drying things out. We had an issue with our keys that randomly stopped working, necessitating two trips to the front desk. The property was convenient for us to walk next door to the Ice Center, however the gate to the Ice Center had a non-functioning key fob as well. We also had to reboot theTV in the main room of our room in order to get it functioning.

I would stay here again!
This is an excellent place for a family or two couples to stay. It's fairly quiet and close to a lot of attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped.

Super practical! It has everything you need ! It’s like you bring your home to their place ! The only thing I can say it was wrong ! They did not have trash can in my place only I. The restroom!! It was odd but l love it

This place was amazing. The rooms were very clean and I absolutely loved the full kitchen set up that was also furnished with all the kitchen necessities. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Upon check-in upgraded to a two bedroom - extra bathroom very convenient. Washer and dryer a big plus with detergent and dryer sheets (A+). Located in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood - only drawback is located across from a baseball stadium (had no issues during stay). Felt secure and parking lot gate is secured after 7P - wasn't told about gate closing at check-in. Overall felt like living in an apartment building. Would most likely stay there again if in the area.

Booked this hotel due to the apartment style room and fact the listing said there was a pool. Arrived to the hotel, noticed the lobby and hallways were dirty and smelled. Asked about a pool, was told there wasn’t one. The room was clean. One bathroom light didn’t turn off for more than 24-hours. Was replaced the next day. The people above made so much noise, it kept us up all night. No fire pit. No games in the courtyard. The only thing the courtyard did have was o overflowing trash and picnic tables with trash on them. Manager did listen to our complaints.
