“Comfort and Joy”

The Innkeepers were genuinely interested in making you feel comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen area for the guests with late night beverages available. The breakfast food was delicious, best homemade muffins! The Inn is old and could use a few updates, but I felt it was a good value; good for families and couples especially. Great place for groups/clubs. I liked being near the Center of North Conway, plenty of restaurants and shopping without driving miles. Would definitely recommend and plan another stay this year.

“Not what was expected”

This is a very rustic B&B. The host was friendly enough and the room was clean; however, it was much more rustic than anticipated. The room we stayed in was so slanted (the floor) that it felt like you were either sleeping uphill or downhill depending on the direction you faced! As well, though we had a room with a bathroom, it was so small that you could barely get in it and there was no privacy from the rest of the room.
