One elevator only working entire stay. Pool closed. Limited eating on site. Breakfast option only a DD. We left site to a Mc D. One restaurant open in evening had limited staff and they were struggling to keep up and appeared frustrated. Yes half price compared to GN, but you get what you pay for. We left one day early because it was that bad. Will not be back.
Website showed property would have cribs available but they in fact did not. One of the reasons we chose to give this property a try after staying at the Golden Nugget and loving it. Also, specified there would be 4 of us and only 3 towels in room. My husband asked for more towels and an extra blanket when we went dow stairs to find food and 2 hours later they still weren’t taken to our room. Then the shower head was completely missing from our room (231). Makes me wonder if they even check the rooms for cleanliness before assigning rooms because that should have been looked at to ensure a shower head was there. I’m 5’4 and even I had to bend over a bit to use the handle shower head. My husband was even more frustrated being that he’s over 6’. Not impressed AT ALL with this establishment for the price I had to pay. Most definitely will not be coming back nor recommending.

Hotel is right on the water. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out. Room was clean and big.
We arrived and there was no towels in room. Tried to call housekeeping and desk both and both hung up on us. Finally got two towels from housekeeping. Never saw housekeeping again never cleaned room or brought clean towels made bed or put in new cups or coffee packs. Desk had demanded 200 deposit upon arrival in case we stold something or set room on fire. Said we would get it back if room was satisfactory when we left. Took 51 for resort fee that they didn’t tell us about. Asked about housekeeping when leaving and was told we had to request service although they wouldn’t answer phone never going back again. Also all restaurants and pool closed on Monday and Tuesday
The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The casino was very slow and quiet which is nice compared to the competitors. Nice food options. It is located in an industrial area, but there was is security. We got there at 2:30 which is early tried to get in our room nothing available which is understandable we asked if there was a quiet area to do some business and could not get a clear answer and they said they couldn’t tell us when the room would be ready. Staff seemed new.
The air-conditioning was loud and the floor felt damp and wet. There was condensation on the dressers and night stands. The room was terribly humid and not very clean.
Booked a balcony and when I got here they said one wasn’t available. Gave me a room with no balcony and charged me the same price.

The hotel looks very nice and clean but the service is horrible. I asked 4 different times for an iron and some coffee packets because my room was missing them. They never delivered any and also housekeeping never cleaned my room once during my weekend stay.
For a brand new place to have 1/2 elevators broken, escalator broken and dealers that forget how to count is pretty impressive

False advertising on website for hotel guest valet parking, went to a restaurant in the casino and waited for over 20 minutes watching the only staff member play on her phone, only had 10 guest at the time. Room was dirty and a little damage.
It is a casino hotel right beside! I-10. When we went to our room we noticed we had 2 bath towels but only one hand towel and one wash cloth. We phoned the front desk and were told there was a shortage of towels and that they couldn't provide another hand towel or wash cloth! Some friends were in another room on a different floor and they had the same problem. In all my years of travelling I have never had this happen before. The next morning we wanted breakfast at 7:30 am and the only place that was open was the Dunkin Donuts in the property. The restaurant wouldn't open until 8 am.
We only had 2 towels and no wash cloths or hand towels. When we asked the front desk they said they didn’t get the new order in but they did send up 2 wash cloths after we asked. Then we were unable to open shampoo and when we checked out we told the person at the desk and no real response to it. For the price we paid I would have expected more from Cesar’s.
Dining was very limited and no hot water in room. Only 2 towels per day per room was not enough. Had to request request towels everyday. Stayed 3 days with no housekeeping
I hate this hotel, I will never go back here, we booked room for 2 nights & they refused to give room service because they didn’t offer room service for 2 nights or less, is this a joke? Like I heard this for the first time, you keep call but nobody will answer at front desk, casino here doesn’t have many tables each game has one table only. Terrible experience.
