While I didn't get names of the staff, two good humans who worked the front desk around 8PM last night made my experience in finding a place to stay after a cancelled flight SO much better. They were friendly, calm, and super helpful for my overnight stay. The room was gorgeous, the shower was the BEST (water pressure was amazing), and I slept soundly in a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this...
