It just isn’t real well kept up. Curtain missing the hangers on one end so looks saggy and unkempt. I specifically chose what was offered room-wise because of a deep soaking tub being offered as an amenity. The desk clerk said that room was taken already but there might be one in the room upstairs. There wasn’t, and the tub was actually too disgusting to sit in… I don’t feel it was dirty; just some kind of coating coming off… not sure… but I would be really ashamed to rent that to people, quite honestly. The breakfast was meager I would say. But on the flip side… what does one expect for $60? Expectations aren’t super high at that price. The desk clerk was sweet but maybe not the most conscious of the consumer approval. Two empty laundry carts were in the front entry, nearby blocking the way. Trash cans were full. Just a messy appearance on the way in. BUT… I loved the fact they had cotton sheets not horrible microfiber ones, and I had the BEST sleep in that bed! So for my purposes… it worked despite the flaws!!

Got to the hotel at about 12:30am. Went up to our room and both sheets were stained with nasty yellow all of the sheets. We went back down to the front desk and the gentleman decided to put us into a new room. We went up to the new room and there were people sleeping in it. Then, we proceeded to go back down and let the front desk there were people in that room. He then gave us new sheets and we had to make our own beds back in our original room. Both “new” sheets he gave us also have giant yellow stains on them and we had to find bedding between the 4 sets we had to find “clean sheets”. I will never stay here again this was a horrible experience

I booked a room with one queen bed instead of two but I got to check in earlier so that was awesome. Also the overrun down of the parking lot. I liked how the rooms were clean.

We where first given a dirty room, then after getting another room the key didn't work, the second set of keys barley work. Counter lady was nice its not her fault the room wasnt clean. But the room we ended up with DEFINITELY wasnt a queen bed

I am sorry your stay was not a positive one, the room you were initially assigned was to be put out of order and unfortunately that did not happen. Since your visit we have replaced the card reader and no longer have the magnetic issues we were experiencing. An O.K. place to stay.
While this is not a luxury motel, it is clean and very comfortable.There are no couches,and one chair at the desk, and one oversized chair. For the rate that is charged, it is certainly a nice property.only problem is that the front desk clerk had to come in and change out the telephone as the origional one on site did not work.

There wasn’t a pool or hot breakfast like Expedia showed on their site about Boarders, then to top it off. Black hairs were in the bed closest to bathroom & on top of comforter next bed over. I could tell the bed wasn’t freshly made, just put back together looking like it was, the floor felt tacking to, wasn’t humid either. I use to be a Housekeeping Supervisor at a Sheraton Hotel many years ago, yet I still haven’t that eye for details.. The GM ( Chris ) was a decent man to chat with upon checking in, I know it’s hard to find good help these days still. Just no excuses for dirty bed sheets & comforter.

Thank you for your review. I want to assure you that since your review I have shown it to our housekeeping staff and also reviewed how rooms are to be done. As for the hot breakfast, unfortunately we have to offer the grab and go option as this facility does not have a kitchen with a 3 bowl sink. We do however have the mirrowave borrito's as a hot option.I do hope you will concider us in the future.
