Nice staff; prompt with fixing problems. Shower was weak output and did not get hot , just medium warm. TV needs replaced or TV service provider poor. Picture was fuzzy- this is if one considers TV important. Otherwise, nice room and bed.

Pictures were deceiving. Actual room had significant wall damage from water and bathtub was poorly repaired. Walls were thin and you could hear other occupants easily. Ants in the bathroom and area was not close enough to a metro station to walk. Beds were clean and staff were friendly; nice breakfast area and coffee.

The front door was not secure. There is a large hole where the latch goes. The door opened to the outside and there were questionable people. It was just my daughter and I and we did not feel safe. I took pictures and immediately left. The hotel is refusing to refund.

The hotel room was clean. The floor seemed newish but the room was run down in many ways, particularly in the bathroom. One of the queen beds in our room was fine, the other was uncomfortable and very noisy. The major downside to this hotel/motel was the street noise. Incredibly busy street and our room was right on a busy corner. There was a bus stop not far away and that contributed a lot of noise too. My children could not get any sleep here. We have stayed in other urban hotels but this one is more a motel. The window/doors did not block out any of he noise the way thney usually do in a hotel.

The room needed major repairs. The air vent was filthy as well as some areas of the floor. The wall on the bottom was chipped so bad it looked like an animal was eating at it. The room we got was a downgrade from the room we paid for. We paid for a room for 3 people and got one king size bed. When we looked online, the room we got was $25 less than the room we paid for. Breakfast was terrible. Overall will not be going again.

Older bathrooms. Moldy caulk. I bought a spray bottle and Clorox to clean the shower/tub mold. Once that was done, everything else was fine, just older.

The receptionist was a bit rude. There was no information about a $100 security deposit when booking online, so I wanted to clarify, but she just rudely replied that I should have read the hotel's website terms. Additionally, there was no mention of this in the check-in agreement. The room was nice, but there were a couple of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options like cereal, custom sandwiches, coffee, and fruit. "There are no shops nearby, only a gas station about a 10-minute walk away.

The property is old and in need of repairs; however, my bed was comfy with nice sheets, is was peaceful, and the breakfast was excellent. If you are one that needs higher end lodging then this is not it.

The hotel itself was not quite what I had expected. It felt like it was out of place, and it could be just the area it was in. The room itself was, alright. It was relatively clean, aside from some strange spots on the walls. There was significant water damage next to the window. The outlets were sparse, and the ones that we did have were falling out of the wall. we did come across a bug, some sort of fuzzy centipede, but that could’ve been because we went in the spring. I was a bit uneasy with the location, and we stayed on the first floor. The tv for the room was very tiny, we could barely see it from the bed, so we ended up just watching things on our phones. I wouldn’t stay here again, but in a pinch for a night it wouldn’t be awful.

Right for the price. Rooms need updating and our mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt springs and we kept rolling to the middle.

The price was great for the area. The facilities are old and in need of renovations, however, then the price would go up. Our room was quite large but the tv was fuzzy. Yes, we would stay again at the price we paid.

Good centralized location for all we needed to do at Meyer, Belvoir, DC and Arlington cemetery. Great service from staff and housekeeping. Really good buffet style breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated but well kept and clean.

The hotel is old but kept up reasonably, reasonable access to all sights and great restaurants on Campbell Ave. Kind of sketchy neighborhood within walking distance but we used LYFT for our transportation.
