“Perfectly fine Polonia”

The Polonia Hotel was a great hotel and in a great location. Plus, the weekend rate in winter was extremely attractive. The rooms were well apportioned and very comfortable. The hotel staff had great recommendations about restaurants and places to go. I would definitely return to the hotel. My only negative comment would be concerning the internet. I realize all hotels try to maximize revenue, but since I travel so much, paying 10 Euro for one day of internet access always strikes me as way too much. Why not just include it in the room price or for a nominal fee? Sometimes the nickel and dime has a greater long term negative effect than just on the bottom line.

“A Very Welcomed Glow of Comfort.”

I stayed at the Polonia for two days after having traveled from San Francisco to Warsaw. The hotel possessed old style beauty and was well appointed, well situated and quite comfortable. Upon my return ten days later from an Eastern European country, I was never so greatful to set foot, again in such a wonderfully comforatble hotel for a few more days. It made my European visit much more enjoyable than it could have been. I'm glad my wife found this hotel on Expedia.

“Historic Premier Hotel of Warsaw”

This hotel certainly lives up to its history of being the premier hotel in Warsaw, especially after its refurbishment. I cannot fault the staff, the cleanliness or the quality of the food. The grandeur of the main restaurant is spectacular and breakfast is not to be missed (especially as it is available until midday). An evening meal is a one off the average traveller but the quality of service and food is worth every penny. Can't wait to go back and will highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

“Old World Charm”

The hotel presents itself with "Old World Charm" in the loby, but the rooms are updated for "today". The staircase was INCREDIBLE. We took the stairs everytime. Don't miss the breakfast! The food was great and there was champaing and vodka included. The staff was more than willing to please. We will go back.

“Pleasant surprise!”

We had an overnight connection in Warsaw on our return to Chicago from Italy. Since the airport is reasonably close to downtown we decided to stay at the Polonia Palace. Bus was easy (20-25 minutes, basically door to door). Hotel was clean and modern (recently renovated, Grohe fixtures, etc.). Restaurant was elegant and my wife was pleasantly surprised by our stay "near the airport". Only negative was smoking was allowed in the bar. We'd definitely go back.

“Great hotel”

We spent our last two nights in Warsaw at the Polonia Palace and we enjoyed it immensely. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely spend the 20$ for breakfast in the morning. It was well worth the price. I would, however, avoid the restaurant at night. The food was mediocre compared to other places we dinned, and the service was terrible. Instead, go out to dinner, and then come back and sit in the lobby bar. The bartenders were fabulous and the drinks top notch. All in all, this was just a great hotel.

“Beautifully renovated hotel”

This is a beautiful hotel located very near the train station. Service was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again.

“Very good hotel”

This was my departure from where I usually stay in Warsaw. Polonia is a very good hotel, clean but rather small rooms with lovely views over the Palace of Culture. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast room beautifully prepared and the food excellent. The small cafe/restaurant served fresh food at reasonable prices.
