Amazing stay. Fresh and clean hotel, room and bathroom was spotless. Great decor. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel located in a good location to walk to the town with an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Hotel is located on a busy road but the room was super quiet

The hotel itself is nice, but so noisy in the corridors on a evening / morning, not because people are noisy per say but the sound of footsteps and cleaning isn’t very well sound proofed

Our king bed room was small. One small table. No kettle to heat water. No coffee maker. No tea or coffee in room. Buffet breakfast had minimal choices. Only egg choices were hard boiled eggs. What they did have was pancakes, bread, rolls, crossoints, cheese, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, watercress, cereal, spreads, jam, coffee, teas. Not much of choices to start your day.

3 night stay for our wedding anniversary the hotel was in a good location about 20 minutes walk from old town The hotel was extremely clean the staff especially the bar staff were polite and really helpful nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was continental but plenty to choose from. The rooms were on the small side but really clean and the maid came every day I only have one small criticism is there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room the bar was open 24hrs so you could have a drink anytime but sometimes it’s nice to be able to have one first thing in the morning. However we would 100%stay here again we loved it

The hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money not hot food only cold cuts and yogurt.

Comfortable bed and clean
First, I want to say I love their bed! The mattress is kind of med-firm which very comfortable. The hotel is new and clean, staff are nice.

Great staff, clean room and nice cozy lounge while waiting for your flight. It is a plus that they can store your luggage after check-out if you’re planning to go out. The breakfast is okay with limited choices.

The area of this hotel was great, the rooms are clean, staff is helpful, and it's close to a train station, but ubers are cheap and convenient. The hotel also has a taxi service you can use, my flight was early and my uber never showed, luckily they called a taxi that came right away. The coffee and little pastries are wonderful. The space is really nice downstairs. The only disappointing thing was that they could not serve alcohol. It would've been great to stay downstairs for nightcaps.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel
This is a great, centrally located hotel. The lobby and bar area are absolutely beautiful, inviting spaces. They also have a nice outdoor seating area in front of the hotel. Check-in was quick and the room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom. The only area for improvement is that I wish the rooms had refrigerators in them, however the bar was happy to provide cups of ice so you could always have a cold drink in your room. I would absolutely stay here again when I am in Warsaw.

We decided to come back to the same hotel to stay a few more days in Warsaw. Very satisfied with the stay - great location, super clean, the friendliest people working there, and I could go on and on. Highly recommended!
