Spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. The lobby is beautiful and well equipped. Very close to all amenities in Walla Walla. This is why I enjoy Mariotts.
Very clean and new but the hostess was coughing up a storm and coming from someone who just recovered from Covid and a baby who had Covid it would be bette rid she wore a mask with that cough! Also the fact the breakfast isn’t included is ridiculous. Either offer room service or a free breakfast because no one wants to put on their PJ’s and hoof it downstairs to pay $30 for breakfast. Other than that it was wonderful. Nice staff, clean, and the outdoor hot tub was great in the winter!
We had a wonderful one night stay. The hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable. We enjoyed our time using the pool and hot tub. The pool hadn't been cleaned from the night before, but i guess we can count that as a blessing as our lostgoggles were still on the floor of the shower, so easy for us to find. An option for a more reasonably priced breakfast would have been nice. I spent $7 for a bowl of honey nut Cheerios. Other than that it was a nice overnight stay.
Absolutely outstanding property, service and staff! Only negative is coffee selection in room was horrible. Probably the worst we've had anywhere! Thankful for Starbucks downstairs.

Disliked: Amenities
No breakfast, no complimentary bottled water in the room
The room was great, comfortable bed, nice couch area, fairly updated look. Best part was the shower, it was a nice large walk in shower with a glass door, not one of those tub combos. The staff was very nice. Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

I like coming to this property every time i come to Walla Walla.
I expected more from the most expensive place in town. It really is no better than a much cheaper hotel. Everything costs extra - wifi (the free is useless), coffee and tea, and breakfast. The mini fridge is too small to be functional for anything but a can of soda. In room amenities are barely the minimum. Staff werent very informative or welcoming. Overall really disappointed. It looks nice, but thats about it.
There was fresh blood on the sheets of one bed. There was dirt on the floor and punctured my foot on a small nail/pin so carpet must not have been vacuumed. Went to have a light dinner at the bistro and they were out of everything we tried to order.
First time staying at this particular Courtyard. This is a beautiful very modern hotel. We will make this our regular hotel when in the Walla Walla area.
It was fine with the exception that when I checked in the front desk lady was good but her perfume was assaulting and i immediately wanted to leave.
The room was fine but the coffee machine was broke. When I checked out another lady at the front desk was also fine but her perfume was also so strong it made me nauseous.
Check in staff not very helpful felt like she doesn't like her job. After I got room was informed no airport shuttle which was main reason I chose this hotel. Nor was I advised where to ho gor my room.
Was not informed wifi info at all. Figured it out at 9pm 5 hours after check in.
Room was nice, clean & quiet. Breakfast was not complimentary, but was reasonably priced and delicious. My only criticism is the parking spaces are too narrow for larger SUVs and pickups.
The service was great from check in to check out. Very friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend when visiting Walla Walla and will definitely stay here again.
My friends wanted to stay at another comparably priced hotel in town, but I convinced them to stay at the Marriott b/c it was newer. The hotel seems clean & the staff was pleasant, but I did not like our room & bathroom. The view from our room was depressing (looked over the roof & HVAC units) & the bathroom was terrible; the vanity is not separate, so you cannot get ready while someone else is taking a shower. The faucet splashes water everywhere when you turn it on & the bathroom door kept swinging shut, so we had to use a garbage can to keep it propped open. We both felt the room was overpriced & would not stay here again.
For being such a nice place with modern decor and nicely appointed rooms, you would expect a better coffee service, but this was not the case. The little packets of sugar and creamer are lame. Many much less expensive and not as high quality hotels have better coffee service in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. Also wished I had known that the hot tub was closed prior to booking the room, as I was looking forward to using it during my two day stay.
