This is the second time I have stayed in this OYO. It is being renovated and will be nice when completed. The only complaint I have is that when I went to check in to a prepaid room for 2 nights, the clerk said I had already check in. She showed me a sheet signed by someone else (it definitely was not my signature nor did it even look like my name). But she went on to give me another room on the second floor. I told her I had requested a first floor because my husband can't climb stairs, especially carrying luggage and she was able to give me one but said I had not requested a first floor room. I had received an email from OYO telling me I would be accommodated, so I know I did request it. During this about 20 minute delay, I asked the clerk if my granddaughter could use the restroom there in the lobby because she needed to go when we first pulled in and the clerk said no, it was out of order (there was no sign on it). After about a 20 minutes delay, I had my room key. Other than a long check in (which should have been avoided with my paying in advance) we had a pleasant stay until I went to check out and had another about 10 minute wait while someone checked the room before the clerk would credit my charge card for the deposit I had to pay when I checked in.
