There was a construction or maintenance or service in the room next to me, some drilling around 2 am and they keep making noises like there we’re doing something in the wall where the tv was. Weird all night and also in the morning. I believe was room 321 where they were making that noise. I couldn’t sleep so I left as early as possible. $450 for a room that have construction noises next to me and also the room was not what I paid for. The room I got 320 didn’t have a sofa instead it have a chair. I have pictures and videos that I took for the noise, strange because everytime I started recording they stoped like they new I was recording but I got a few videos with the sound of the drilling and noise in the wall, I also noticed black electric tape over the little lites of the tv and smoke detector like someone ese thought they were getting recorded at some point. Also took pictures of that as well. I called Expedia many times, but Expedia no longer have customer service so I will stop using Expedia. It’s not worth it anymore. This Sheraton needs upgrades too.

Hotel isnt being maintained. Elevators kept breaking, bathroom supplied were not refiled, we found previous guest used napkins in the room. There was no room service (and no explanation of why) and the room bathroom was so tiny, we could barely exit without touching the toilet pot (while the pictures shown were of a nice large bathtoom). 3 star hotel at best.

The property was very nice. The room was clean. Had a good view of the ocean. Only problem was my room was right beside the bar pool area so it was very noisy with music and people talking well past 2 AM so didn’t get a whole lot of sleep.

After booking a paying Expedia for room the hotel charged me for the room also . Told manager about the charge and after check out they said Expedia had not paid for room and they billed me. I called Expedia and still haven’t got an answer to fix problem. $400 dollar room costed me $925.00 not happy. Will be leaving negative reviews.
