Overall it’s a nice decent hotel, the location behind an old eating place is not so nice and once you get into the front of the hotel, drive around is very tight.

It was fine for spending one night before our cruise.
The main motivation to stay here was the price. Where I usually stay was almost $50 more per night so I decided to give it try. I was plesantly surprised and wouldn't mind staying here again. The new manager is amazing! She was easy to talk to and ensured we were comfortable.
The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Being close to the freeway, gas stattions, and restaurants was also a huge plus!

What You Expect and Acceptable
The Best Western was just fine. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was stellar and well-tended. Appreciate having a tub mat to prevent falling. Downside was old, scratchy towels (though clean), mark on the wall that looked like a smashed bug (didn't get up and close). It's an old motel with access to rooms from outside. Front desk was friendly. 3.5 out of 5.
The room smelled very bad and the bed was not comfortable.

Room had musky odor and poor quality breakfast
Check in went smoothly and quickly considering it was after midnight. The room had an old musky smell. We stayed for four nights. The breakfasts weren't good, the eggs were watered down and no flavor, the potatoes were the same cubed every day and were dry and favorless. Only exception was the day they had biscuits and gravy and I smothered the eggs with gravy to make it taste better. The canadian bacon tasted old and expired. It was a convenient location to where I needed to be but I don't think I'll be back.

Our room was wonderfully clean and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary bottled water and the coffee were also wonderful. We would stay here again!

Had to be moved to another room, 1st room smelled like dog urine. There was the beginning of a mold growth along bathtub grout. Towels were like cardboard. Asked to have room Cleaned if was not, trash was not emptied, no fresh towels, dime lights did not work, HVAC had slight odor.

Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly. Overall, good experience. We did have to fix the toliet at one point because it was stuck, but other than that it was good!
