Property was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Pool area was nice but the Hot tub was still not in operation and that’s been at least a month. Is it really that hard to find the part? Odd…
Accidentally booked this hotel and called within minutes of the accidental booking. Went back and forth with hotel and Expedia on the phone and both assured me I’d get a refund. Days went by and of course I got nothing back and an email from them saying there’s nothing they can do.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was very nice, maid service was very POOR, one towel one wash cloth for three days, no soap by the sink, the room was Never vacuumed

Had to change rooms first one was smelly and had dingy linen. They are understaffed and have only one housekeeper for every 25 rooms. They put us on the second floor even though we requested the first floor to avoid the smell of Marijuana. But the continental breakfast was very good and the second room they gave us was cleaner. The housekeeper was overworked but very pleasant.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which are always my first two things to judge when staying in a hotel.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
We did wish breakfast started at earlier, but nothing to change our great experience.
