The sofa bed mattress was dirty or moldy. Our nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room's smoke alarm was startlingly bright. We were charged by Expedia and by the hotel, for different amounts. The breakfast was terrible and the breakfast area was not kept clean.

This property is not fit for rental. Very dirty, holes in the walls, pool is filthy and poor lighting. I will be contacting for a refund. I checked in and back out in less than 30 minutes once I walked the property and took some pictures.

The Curtin was nasty and was hanging down had rag or something in to fill the hole, the rods on the Curtin was broken hanging down, when checked was told hopefully that room is cleaned, hallways was dirty and had smell, the bathroom door was broken. Half as cleaning in the rooms

The room itself was dirty and when we asked to move rooms we were told we couldn’t unless we paid extra. The bathroom had mold and rust everywhere I was not able to take a shower. Not only was it dirty the people were rude and the fire alarm went off at 6am waking everyone up and there was no fire.

There was a used drug needle found in the bathroom laying on mirror. Shower dirty with hair and white shower curtain brown stains. Obvious poor coverup of holes in wall, water damage. Waited for towels requested till found laundry room. Breakfast had toast and juice covid over. Pool dirty unmaintained. White staff seemed be druggies short attention and wind up. Disappointing we had paid double rooms with kids.

Indoor pool
Hotel was decently clean staff friendly when they could be found. Indoor pool was a joke. Garden hose in the pool, pool was visibly dirty and so cold my kids wouldn't stay in. Pool area was so cold i kept my sweatshirt on.

Horrible place, I had no choice I checked in around 12 am. Never ever book from this place, it is not clean at all, the first room I got the towels were so dirty, and the bed sheets had stains, and the bathroom had cracks. So I complained they gave me another room, same story. This place has crochet roaches as well. Never again.

Disappointing
The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, carpet and walls were dirty. The couch in my room looked like it had bodily fluids on it. It was stained and gross. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Almost left and went to another hotel. But I was exhausted after an 8 hour drive and then visiting my sister at Good Samaritan Hospital, I just wanted to go to sleep.

There was a dog that barked all night, there was no comforter on the bed, and the TV didnt work. It was pretty run down. Usually I love Quality Inns but this one wasnt great at all. Would not stay here again.

Our stay was very quiet and pleasant. Convenient location and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Higly recommended. Only complaint is indoor pool was out of service and we were looking forward to using it.

Poor Quality Inn
The price was not much different than high-quality hotels nearby. Yet the condition had me thinking it should have cost $60 or less. The first room didn’t lock. There was a dirty towel on the floor alongside air filters and a spray bottle. The bed was broken, and the remote was missing the back. We got moved. There were stained couches all over the halls looking like a frat house, complete with a guy getting high on a couch outside our room (which my son pointed out). The fire alarm was hanging by wires. Our bathroom vent was filthy. And the shower curtain was too short for the tub, leaving water to puddle all over the floor. The positive part was the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. I felt he was trying to make the best of a bad situation.

A dump won’t go again
This place is a dump shower curtain doesn’t even reach the tub so floor gets soaked is old and run down had to make our own coffee at the “breakfast” which was a waffle maker and some cereal and bananas which was in the front lobby few tables that were dirty

Room and bathroom were clean and fairly quiet. Apparently this motel is used by lots of traveling workmen who don’t pick up after themselves. Outside back doorways we’re littered with trash.

Being my 2 sisters and I are senior citizens, it would have been nice to have been offered first floor room so we didnt have to climb the stairs. We didnt see any elevators either. The sidewalk where we parked our car was pretty rough and it would have been easy to have tripped.

AVOID THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS
Avoid this place like the plague. Dirty. Nasty, and full of roaches and bedbugs. Tweekers hanging out on the couches that are in the hall and so ghetto the housekeepers use stolen dollar tree shopping carts. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We are an electrical contractor, we bid a contract to do a job in Vincennes IN. My husband went with one of our employees to reserve this hotel for 2 nights From August 11 to August 13, 2022. My husband arrived at the hotel after working on this property, he left the house at 5 AM straight to the job site, by the time he got to the hotel it was around 6:30 PM, and the room that was assigned was dirty and had a very bad smell, the bathroom door did not close. The staff member gave us another room, but also in a real bad attitude offered that if I did not like the room he can give me a refund, They decided to take the other room since we were tired from driving at 4:430 the morning and wroking until evening. They got to the room and were ready to take a shower, the bathroom looked dirty, the bed had a bad smell, and saw garbage under the bed, I ask my husband if there was a Walmart near, to go and buy Lysol to disinfect the room and some cleaning supplies, which they did find one and came back to the room, undid the bed, clean the bathroom, move the mattress under the bed they found a glass pipe to smoke crack, unfortunately, they were so tired and did not take pictures of the evidence. This hotel offers breakfast, it does not have breakfast it offers coffee and pre-packed bread, and it did not have eggs nor pancakes, or waffles. Friday My husband was determined to finish the job and not stay another night, so he did and came home. This is one hotel I will not use

Pretty rundown
Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Had to flush several times. There’s no elevator. Broken couches in hallways. Pretty run down. Breakfast was very basic: 2 kinds of cereal, 2 kinds of bread, blueberry muffins, 1 waffle maker. Coffee. Hot chocolate packets but no water available/ the dispenser was off or broken. That was it.
