My stay here was great. Peter in particular was a big help, he accommodated me to what I needed. The rooms are big, clean and very nice. I would stay here again, and if you choose to ask for Peter he will go above and beyond to make you feel at home and be happy with your stay.

Terrible front desk experience charges in error on bill not corrected and not clear front desk information. Difficult communication with desk party. Not very helpful or accommodating. Rooms were dark and dated. Would not stay again.

The parking garage was tight, the room looked clean until we saw some brown stuff by the vent which we avoided and the bathroom ceiling had strands of hair. There were hair on some of the towels. The bathroom floor was peeling and more hair was in the shower. The one thing I can say was the beds were comfy and room was nice and cool. Oh and we went to eat at the restaurant for breakfast and they had difficulty making sunny side up eggs so I said scrambled is fine. I think I was suppose to get three eggs but I think I was only given 1 maybe 2. I asked for white toast they gave me wheat. I was suppose to have regular potatoes but I ended up getting tater tots. My daughter wanted pancakes and it sounded like they did not know what to do but it was on the menu. She was suppose to get bacon and potatoes too but that never happened and we had less than an hour now to check out. I did not bother saying anything. Oh and the lady was nice but was on her phone the whole time even when we were talking to her. We were the only ones there.

The hotel is nice overall, very clean and modern. The location is a bit odd, near corporate buildings and in back of a busy strip mall area, but I guess that’s Tyson’s. The room wasn’t ready when I got there and I had to wait for about an hour until the manager noticed and kindly upgraded me to a king room that was ready. There is some street parking but I ended up going to the garage, which is an extra $15 charge.

If you like rude staff, THE slowest & most ridiculous elevator in any hotel AND an uncomfortable bed, book here! If you prefer to be treated kindly, sleep in a decent bed and not wait for elevators that pass your floor twice before the door opens, please do yourself the favor of booking somewhere else. Add in that the hallways are kept at about 75 degrees so while you wait, it’s rather warm ….certainly highly disappointed this is a Hilton because it’s not up to their usual standard

INCORRECT CHARGES FOR SOMETHING YOU NEVER USED LIKE UNDERGROUND PARKING Just make sure you check your bank statement every day because they have your credit card information and they will charge for underground parking every night meanwhile you don’t have your car, they tell you when you tap your room card at garage they will open and you can park your car inside and then you get charge for parking, I didn’t use the garage at all and they still charged me for 3 nights and every morning i had to come downstairs to explain to them my car is in the shop and who has my room card and uses a garage under my room. MATTRESS COVER WAS OLD SO IT WOULDN'T COVER THE WHOLE MATTRESS AND WAS COMING OUT EVERY TIME, the hotel is so cheap to buy new ones and booking charges keep going up for what ???????

Accessible room was great. Lots of room and grab bars in shower and near toilet. They brought up a bath seat to use. Only minor complaint would be that the soap dispensers are on the wall opposite the shower head so when the bath seat is installed, they end up being behind you. Kinda hard to reach them when you’re facing forward and they are behind your back!

The hotel and staff are fine. It's clean, staff are helpful and friendly. I arrived a bit early at 1:10 hoping to check in early because I had already killed time with no other place to go. I was told I could pay the early check in fee or come back in 20 minutes and check in without the fee. So I went to a business parking lot for 20 minutes across the street. Our TV was not working and the staff had to come in 2 times at 9pm and finally just replaced the TV. He was super nice. I also don't remember at a previous stay being charged to park in the parking garage since it is their only parking. It was $15.90 per day. I would think that should be included in the nightly cost since I paid $200/night ($216) total not including the parking charge. Nice place and staff but I don't think I will be returning any time in the future.

HVAC was noisy in our fifth-floor room; bathroom sink drain stuck in closed position; overall appearance a little tired. We used to think of Hiltons as top-tier; a splurge for us. Now, there are some mid-tier places with nicer rooms and amenities.
