The room was clean and comfortable, good options for breakfast as all the grandkids found things they liked to eat, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is the bathtub. It is slanted inwards from the sides. This configuration causes my ankles and knees and back to ache! Staff was very helpful and morning breakfast was much better than I expected!

Starting off, my reservation was messed up. I reserved two queen beds and got one queen bed. There was nothing they could do to resolve the issue because they were full. The lady at the front desk was kind and apologetic, but was unable to help and the manager was not around. The hotel overall was not very clean. Cigarettes littered the ground and the overall appearance was dirty / old. It was disappointing for a Hilton.

I asked for a joining rooms, received an email stating there were none, so we asked to be next door to each other, even after a confirmation email stating that would happen we ended up down the hall from each other, i even showed the clerk the email and she searched - nothing was available. Not what we wanted at all, we had small children and really needed to be close.

Good location, helpful and cheerful staff, good accommodations. The entry is on a busy divided highway which made it difficult to access when traffic is backed.

Went because they had a pool and the pool was closed the whole time we were there,they failed to tell us until the second day that it was under renovation and wouldn't be fixed until a later date.

The staff are trying to improve the property, but the visit that I was present for was disappointing as they were doing several maintenance projects at one time and these projects were taking place in the rooms that were rented without any notice. inconvenient, disappointing but seems to be on the road to improvement.

Room was comfortable but the handicap access was misstated. The tub had no non-stick surface and was narrow, making it difficult to maneuver without slipping. I felt very vulnerable every time I had to change position.

We were very disappointed. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. Expecting we could comfortably sleep five people, three being children. Only to find that the sofa did not turn into a bed. Not only that, they were upset when we asked for extra sheets. We booked two rooms and my other family members received the correct room. Thankfully one of our children ended up staying with them. Otherwise we would have not been able to stay. The beds were comfortable, but the room was not clean. There were rings in the shower, hair in almost every corner, and the extra blanket for the nonexistent sofa bed had not been washed in some time. Additionally, we had two towels for five guests. All this information was provided when booked.

The bed was extremely hard felt like there was a ramp under the headboards of it the bathroom lights were burned out asked to have them replaced never happened the night attendant was outside smoking we thought he was just another resident wanting to know whether or not we could come in the building another evening clerk or whatever that’s rude I called to make sure we would be to get a room because it was late getting in and the person hung up on me and first off was rude and then hung up on me

Convenient Comfort
Your location was convenient and gave us a much needed comfortable rest after a long days trip towards the beaches. Our pet-friendly room was right next to the outside lawns. The room was roomy and the television had great reception for good channels. Thank you.

Check in was fast and efficient. Clerk was friendly and professional. The room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the shampoo packets. I couldn’t open it, so I just used conditioner. And clear bag in closet was empty. No blanket or pillow in bag. I hope I don’t get charged for it. I will stay again.

Thank you for choosing our location for your lodging needs. We do apologize for some of our room amenities not being what they normally are. At this time some of our vendors are behind or very short staffed causing our deliveries to run behind. Since this has been occurring, we have had to find substitutes but are slowly getting back on track. No worries on your blanket or extra pillow not being in the closet, we do keep track of which rooms are in need of these and are unfortunately waiting on items that are also back ordered so we can properly accommodate our guests.
