A property surrounding hotel was OK. But the room we stayed in room 412 was in Very poor condition. We made the site manager aware.

They put us in a room that had really big pee stained carpet. We asked for a shower tub combo and they gave us a walk in shower only. When complained they put us in one just a little bit better. My wife had to clean the tub before taking a bath. The tub held water in the center of it after it was drained. When taking a shower it felt like the tub had no support in center. Shower curtain holder was falling off the wall. Terrible place!!!!

The hotel is starting to show some signs of aging but overall it is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and there were breakfast sacks for visitors.

Its a very old place that had a facelift back in the early 00's. Sheets didnt fit and breakfast was below avg. But better than some . Its a ok stay if your needing a few hours sleep.

The price was right, but the rooms were terribly unclean i took pictures which will go to corporate. There was the last person who stayed food in chair, light fixture on lamp was broke and one was able to stick finger into an area and possibly get shocked. The curtains to keep light out were torn and duck taped in the past. A dirty bandaide was used to hold the rod to pull them closed with. The electrical dock on the table top between the beds was so dirty your hands literally stuck to it. The new box with hand soap was placed over the last persons residue. The pillowcases had makeup on them and the sheets had holes. Oh and the toilet paper roll was the end of the roll from the last person and no new roll to be found. And the bathroom shelves where the towels were just shoved under havent been dusted in a long minute. Very unsatisfied. I know i should have gone and taken care of it at that moment but we have been traveling with a sick passenger and just needed to sleep. Chose here over all the other options because its usually a good establishment to stay in. Well apparently not in Vicksburg MS.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were not very clean and the furniture electronics and curtains were ragged.

The property is old and dingy. Wallpaper peeling, carpet dirty, chairs stained curtains torn. The bed was hard and the pillows are small and thin. I wouldn’t stay there again. I was so disappointed because I had our entire team book there.

Got in at 9 pm to my first room. Tried to turn on tv and it said no signal. Called down stairs and the lady tried to trouble shoot the tv for a few minutes. Didn’t work. She then moved me to a second room directly above it that actually looked like it had been emptier for longer. Tried to turn TV on and had the same problem. By this time it was 10:15 and I just showered and went to bed. Extremely disappointed since I could have booked through Hampton and got my money returned but since I booked through Expedia they told me to go through them. The process is not worth the money Rt or the time.

Fantastic location
Fantastic location, nice front desk. Great bed, loved the jetted tub and decent breakfast and happy hour. Room needed a couple things done (tear in one of the curtains but not a big deal, tub surround a little messy but not dirty) but otherwise perfect. Easy and quick check in and out.

Great Property
One of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Main lobby was dynamic.

Very poor quality. Dirty rug, used soap in shower, peeling wall paper, stained furniture, terrible pillows, and although there's no way to show it....the room smelled of sewage. I do not understand how this location has received other high reviews, but I do not believe this location lived up to the standards of a Hilton brand.

Noisy and paper thin walls
Everything was great except the noise. If you’re going to relax for some peace and quiet this is not the place to go. We did not get any rest. All evening, night, and morning all you hear is traffic. You can even hear the people in the hallway and next door. I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the traffic and what the people outside are saying. All the doors look like somebody tried to break in the room. I was praying for a great experience but this was by far the worse.

Great Staff
Staff were excellent; the hotel's condition was in poor shape. It looked battered and old and in need of updating. The bedding and towels were quite nice, however. It wasn't terrible, just didn't compete with the Hampton Inn we stayed in at Augusta, GA.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally clean including the rooms and common area. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The free breakfast is the run of the meal free breakfast, with the exception of the employee is great at keeping everything filled and cleaned. Leave her a tip! Although they provide soap, shampoo and lotion, they do not provide hair conditioner so don't forget to bring your own. With the exception of the convenience store directly next door, it is not a particularly walkable location. Restaurants are a short drive away.

Evelise Ross made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. She pointed out the elevators, let me know when breakfast was, and let me know when a family hour was taking place with free alcoholic drinks and refreshments. The property needs some attention. The furniture is old and faded, and the carpet is stained and frayed. Ms Ross informed me that everything is being updated from 12/1/23 to 8/31/24. If this happens, this hotel will be at the low end of LUXURY!

No cleaning unless requested. If services are taken away, why does the price not go down. All staff was very friendly. Carpet in our room needed cleaning and was worn by the kitchen area.

After a long drive, this was a welcome hot shower and nice comfy bed. The front desk staff were wonderful, even though they apologized for taking a bit longer due to new computer system. I didn't see any problem with the time frame. Just wish the breakfast was a bit better. Eggs seemed watery, no bacon (just sausage), no gravy for the biscuits; settled for waffles - which were good. Just need peanut butter for my husbands pancakes! lol Will probably stay at Hamptons in the future

ROOM SMELLS LIKE A DOG KENNEL
Carpet is really dirty with lots of stains. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was smacked in the face with an extremely strong smell of urine. Sprayed large stain with disinfectant spray trying to get rid of the smell & towel mopped the bathroom floor. Never could get rid of the strong smell. Not sure how this place had the ratings it had. Very disappointed in this Hampton.

One night stay
Upon arrival, we found a cricket on our pillow. The front desk staff said they knew they had a cricket problem. The staff didn’t bother with changing rooms or linen or even catching the cricket. The carpet was coming up at the bathroom door. The curtain would not close, therefore street light shines in all night. There was a cricket joining us at breakfast. Breakfast was limited. Waffles, omelets with peppers, hard French toast, and a very few pastries. I would not stay here again. It isn't like any other Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past.
