It was a really good stay! The staff was friendly and the room was good. The location of the hotel was at the center of Veracruz so it was super walkable.

Drapes needs to be sunblock. Outside noise bothers a lot, at 3 AM music was still on, coming from bar near hotel, maybe there is no Local Law regulations about it. Price is very low , but quality and overall stay reflects that.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room felt drab and wasn't super clean, a touch of paint might spruce it up a bit. But for the price, it was great! And just a block from the zócalo!

OK hotel in the center
I have been in this hotel many times over the years and I was just very disappointed this time. Sheets are so thin, toilets was full of rust and the airconditioner didn't work very well.

Good if you are single just staying over night
Rooms are small, beds are hard and sheets are very thin d yellowing from age, but it’s in a great spot with the portables across the street and the souvenirs across the other street

Noisy and dirty
We've stayed at decent hotels that are a good value all over the world. This wasn't one of them. Though close to the Zocolo and Malecon, this turned out to be a disadvantage. Major roads are on both sides of this hotel, and if the traffic noise isn't enough to keep you up, loud music wafted up to our room one floor from the top until 4:30 AM. Good thing it was January and the window could be closed. Quaint little balcony, but what might have been shabby chic was really just shabby. Bathroom sink was crusty around the fixtures and the shower, which never got warm, was only slightly better. We paid for two nights up front, but decided one night was enough for us. Decidedly NOT recommended.

Near the Center of Veracruz, everything is just around the corner. Too noisy at night due to its location in front of the main road.

El Hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación y el personal es atento, solo que la infraestructura en general ya se ve muy viejita y en algunos aspectos sucia y descuidada, de ahí en fuera todo bien

Buen hotel
Lindo hotel en centro Veracruz. Todo muy limpio, buena cama, recepción muy atenta. Un problema: música muy fuerte de noche hasta las 3am por cantinas al frente.

Hotel a un lado del zócalo, súper céntrico, el personal muy atento, las habitaciones no son las mejores pero para llegar a dormir después de un día ocupado es excelente. Esta sobre dos avenidas, un poco de ruido pero no para quitarte el sueño. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones, musica hasta altas horas , no sirvio la tv , muuuuy poca luz en el baño , el aire acondicionado vieeeejo , los camiones empiezan a pasar desde las 5am , poca variedad en la carta de cafeteria

Excelente ubicación, habitación muy limpia, todo queda muy cerca del hotel a pie. Lo único malo es que el estacionamiento es pequeño, de ahí en fuera excelente.

Dicen tener valet parking y creo no saben ni lo que eso significa. El cupo del estacionamiento es como de 8 coches . No me permitieron estacionarme y tuve que pagar 50 pesos en otro lado. En el cuarto todo super viejo, el aire acondicionado literal se cae. Y la cama rechina hasta cuando respiras, el colchón se siente los resortes, fue imposible dormir. La actitud de la recepcionista de la noche nada empatica y sin resolver..Por el precio hay mejores opciones en otras zonss

Buena opción si vas de paso
Nos quedamos una noche para conocer un poco del puerto ya que íbamos de paso. Está céntrico. lo que necesites lo tienes cerca. Está muy limpio y cómodo si solo te quedas un día ya que no necesitas más. Llegamos antes del check in y como se batalla mucho para conseguir estacionamiento en el centro y poder comer, nos permitieron dejar nuestro coche en su estacionamiento. Eso me agrado mucho. El malecón a unas cuadras. Y acuario cercano.
