“Rooms are not guaranteed”

Well, first, they didn't charge my credit card. They wanted payment at the location. Unfortunately, it was for my grandma and she had to pay out of pocket. On top of that, the room that was supposed to be for me was not available. I thought I was getting 2 double beds, but no, it was a single double bed.
