Tub had hair and soap scum...they came and did a few swipes to "clean" it. Floors and shower curtain dirty. Toilet seat coming off (but they noticed it when cleaning and supposedly fixed it but it was not fixed). Fan in bathroom ceiling hanging down. Hole in bathroom door. Sheets did not fit bedding. Only had thin blanket to cover with. Sheets and blankets were old and thin. Toilet nasty. Room dusty. Pool area needed pressure washing. Very noisy at night with people yelling and laughing right outside our room and at pool. The only 2 good things were AC and refrigerator worked well.

This hotel was awesome. We were displaced after issues with our current home. They staff made us feel welcomed,and they were all super nice. Very clean and friendly

Nice budget friendly hotel to lay your head for the night. Starr was nice room was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Dated hotel but was fine for us. Would stay again

This place is a dump. Dont waste your money! Used coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Laminate flooring is warped. Not enough towels. Handicap accessible room that is too crowded to accommodate a wheelchair or walker..

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but our room was probably the shabbiest I have seen on our travels along I-75 staying in budget hotels. The bathroom floor was dirty, there was only one bath towel for two people and the bed coverings had stains. We were too tired to make a fuss about it, but I would not recommend this hotel except for the location for restaurants and I-75

This was the halfway point to my destination. I just needed a rest stop and place to sleep. The hotel served my purpose for what I needed. My only complaint was that we couldn’t find MSNBC on the TV! We found CNN. I noticed Fox News was on the TV in the lobby…I hope this was not a political thing!

Bathroom was in need of updating - peeling paint on entire ceiling and shower drain blocked so tub filled with water while showering. Orange crumbs on floor by bed (Cheetos??) and live roach by coffee machine.

In 1 of my 2 nonsmoking rooms it smelt like cigarettes. I had burnholes in my tub and my wall had bubbles in paint/wallpaper.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Smelled like mold , dust was like 2 inches high, floors looked like they was never mopped. BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. THE old man at front desk very rude . I will never stay at this hotel. Im glad i left 10 mins after i checked in....

Desperately needs to be updated! It looked like everything from the furniture to the sheets was from the 1950s. Dirty towel was in the room, but no garbage can. I slept wrapped in a blanket I had in my car and tried not to touch anything. Good things: staff was extremely nice and polite! Also, they had at least removed the old carpet and had newish flooring.

Rooms was dingy and very outdated. Curtains ripped, wood floor had a hole in it, furniture was very worn and bathroom needed grout replaced. But everything was clean and bed was comfortable and a/c worked so all was okay. I guess this is what you get for the very reasonable price!

Nope! And, a big no for single travelers (especially women). The lobby was clean but the hotel room was horrible. Not sure if it was because we had a dog but they stuck us in the back and the room was so dirty. They had a small sofa in the room and it was totally covered in stains. Even my husband (6 ft 2 inch, stocky build) was worried about the security. Sometimes you take a chance when you travel through. Don't take this chance. This was a room that should only have costs about 50 bucks for the night.

Our weekend getaway
My husband and I started vacationing at the Baymont 10 years ago for our weekend getaway but this was our last time staying there, I made reservations and asked for a room on the lowest floor possible because I recently had knee surgery and stairs was not an option for me, I also asked to be let known if this could not be accommodated so I could make other arrangements, well I was not let known, and when I asked about a lower floor I was told that there wasn’t any plus I paid in advance. I was put on the second floor and had to climb 2 flight of stairs in the rain to get to room 413, and to top that off the heat did not work and when we asked for at least a heater we were given 2 blankets, I’m a diabetic and was cold most of the night, couldn’t even take a shower, finally fell asleep around 4:30 am and was out of there as soon as we woke up. I don’t know how blankets was going to heat up the room but I do know that after vacationing at Baymont for the past 10 years this was our final and last time staying there

The cleanliness was fair the room that we stayed in could have used a few updates. It seems that the motel has been there for a while and no improvements have been made. the electrical outlets on both sides of the sink did not work and only one table lamp worked. We were only staying one night so we did not register any complaints We did advise the management of the problems at checkout.

The breakfast was Okay but the coffee and the orange juice very, very weak. More water than any flavor. waffles were goo but sweet rolls were not fresh and very few of them at 8 am.
