Person who checked me in wasnt sincere; phony. Asked to be put near elevator but not at end of hallway and caught her putting me at end of hallway; had her change it. She meant she was going to be uncooperative do the opposite of what I asjed. She acted like she resented giving good customer service. She is the reason I wont choose this hotel again. She rates poor customer service.

Reserved a room with two queen beds. The rooms were on the smaller side, but the bathroom was of a reasonable size. The main concern was the mattresses, which were excessively firm and uncomfortable; they didn't conform to our bodies at all. However, we appreciated the continental breakfast with a variety of cold and hot food options. The room itself was clean.

This is a two star hotel, but it’s fairly new and in good shape, so it might be as good as a low three star. To the management: if you start doing some deep cleaning soon, this is going to get away from you. Good breakfast! Nice staff. Hard bed. Clean floors.

There was adults slamming doors, beating on walls, and screaming all night. Called front desk 4 times to get it handled with no response. After about 4:00 am called the local police. Talked to several people the next morning who said the same thing and would never stay here again.

I had a good stay here for an Alabama baseball game. We stayed 2 nights. The best parts: very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the university. Clean, lots of parking. Very competent and friendly staff. I had the oatmeal with cranberries and almonds for breakfast and it was delish. Also got some yogurt. I love it when hotels have healthy breakfast choices. The big drawbacks…noise!! Our room faced the freeway and it’s busy and loud. And, nothing the staff could control, but the other people staying there were terrible. Came in at 3 and 4 am and so loud in the hallway that they woke both of us up! Unreal to be that inconsiderate.

It was a good night. We had a rowdy group next door to us. The staff went and asked them to quite down. I was thankful for that. The place was clean and staff was awesome.
