Dis organised place staff couldn't provide the selected room and expected a 7 year old to sleep in a cot bed.Room was changed the following day but not what i paid for.Disgusting place to live.Staff are so unprofessional they couldn't understand my online booking and were asking me of the nights am booked yet the information is there already

As a first time visitor, not only to the hotel but to Tunisia as a whole, I must admit that I really enjoyed every bit of my trip. There was nothing I disliked except the way the people drive😂😂😫

Our group of seven stayed at Golden Tulip El Mechtel before heading south to desert, and again on our return from the south. The hotel is modern, staff very helpful, rooms excellent, great wifi and lots of dining options. Particularily enjoyed the new Jobi bar/restaurant. We are planning a return trip next year and will use this hotel as our Tunis base again. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here before and have recommended to my employers to book me this hotel whenever i transit or have business in Tunis. Golden Tulip is a brand name in the Hotel trade and it has lived up to its brand. Was happy with all aspects of the hotel

Nice Hotel Close to Medina. Rooms are in good condition. Good selection of food in the restaurant, and close to the Zoo which is a nice place to visit.
