We booked it for an early flight we had the next morning. As soon as we pulled onto the property, I didn’t feel safe going in. I instantly left and found a different place. There were people walking around everywhere and sitting in the parking lot staring at you. Since it was after 4 PM, I didn’t get my money back.

Stefany,We're sorry you didn't feel safe at our hotel. The location is not the best, but we do keep watch of the parking lot on our cameras 24/7, and only allow access in directly through the front door. We do our best to keep our property as safe as possible for our guests.Kaylee Cross

The hotel was great but the neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Homeless/drug using type people around day and night.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and she was training this guy he was pretty great to they seem to enjoy their job. It was a very good stay.

The Tulsa airport area does not give the best vibes safety wise, but this hotel felt less seedy than the several motels nearby. The room was well-appointed but the shower was an issue. My shower head leaked badly, so after my first night I reported the issue. I retuned to the hotel about 23 hours later and the issue was not resolved and there was no note or message that anyone had even tried to repair the shower. This hotel is just a few caring people away from being a pretty good hotel. The free breakfast was a generic continental breakfast and nothing at all to be excited about.

Perla was pleasant at the front desk. She was very professional. I had a room on the first floor. The heating system was loud. I did not mention it to the staff. It stopped intermittently. I liked that the hotel was within a few miles from the airport and I did not hear any planes. I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and filling with several options - carbs, fruit, eggs, hot options, yogurt. Vegetarian options was a plus. I would stay there again.

The AC in the room was not working the hot water wasn’t working it kept going on and off , the breakfast food was still frozen in the middle and the beds were very itchy and dirty. There was also a loud fight that broke out around 3/4am right outside our window and the homeless slept outside and came inside to bother us and ask us for change. Not worth the price.

When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. Destiny, Helped us throughout our stay going above and beyond her duties. She turned our stay into a five star experience.The other staff members were good. There was only one gentleman on Saturday that wasn't inviting. My room was clean and the custodial staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel the next time I visit Tulsa.

Not your average LaQuinta
Arriving at this property had me instantly regretting my booking. The area surrounding it is run down and felt very unsafe. We heard gunshots more than once throughout our 1 night stay. When we arrived we had an issue and called down to the front desk and they were not jumping to help by any means. The remote to the tv did not work, but we didn’t feel like the front desk was helpful the first time so we just had no tv during our stay. I feel like I got robbed for the price I paid in respect to the quality of stay. Definitely won’t stay again- and I usually pick LaQuinta for my travels.

Although the staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful, the room was a bit dingy (some of the sheets even had stains on them). Additionally, the area around the hotel was trash-ridden and awkward to get to as it's behind several other buildings

A property that takes pets will never be in good a shape as those that do not. However, that said, I appreciate that they do and am willing to overlook a lot as a result. My problem with this property was housekeeping. No hair dryer, no towels on arrival. I used the coffeemaker and the supplies wer3 not replenished

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Area is terrible. There was a shooting at the property next door, police on hotel property. Did not feel safe and left the property and found a better hotel

There was no hot water for most of my stay. When I told the front desk, their response was that they would write it down but they couldn’t really do anything about it. Room smelled musty and slightly smoky even though it was non-smoking room. Worse than any experience I have had at a La Quinta.
