While this is a value hotel (no maid service, breakfast, etc.) it is new, clean, and has great parking. We were there on a prime weekend and saved $100 a night over other brand-name chains.

Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff. Key cards hard to use, microwave would not operate consistently, was charged for room twice after paying direct to Expedia.

Wonderful mattress and great pillows! The full size fridge and mini stove made up for no pool. I highly recommend, especially for an extended stay.

There was no water in our room. Called front desk and said they shut the water off do to a leak. This was in the evening when we needed to take showers and use the bathroom. The management should have advised us before the water was turned off, so we could prepare. If they are in the hospitality business, they need to prepare for these things ahead of time. I am asking for a refund or some type of compensation. We payed to have a pleasant time at this place, but it turned out to be terrible. We will never come back again.

This was an emergency and not planned so there was no was to plan for it. I apologize if it delayed your shower , but would you rather a later shower or a flooded room, and all your belongings ruined?The problem has been corrected and i took less than 1 hour.

This is a new hotel and was spotless. Room had full refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave. No silverware or plates, pots and pans.

Had everything I needed for my trip. The full size fridge, stove, and recliner were a bonus. There’s no pool or fitness room.. but there’s a planet fitness within walking distance. Staff was great and the room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I was also able to walk to several dining options in the area. it’s located right off the Interstate, which was a plus.

A stovetop and microwave were in room but no cooking utensils or dishes were available. You can buy a pot, cups & dishes in lobby. A small pot to cook in was $23.

Hotel was clean, the only thing wrong was the door to the room kept locking me out. They had to keep resetting the keypad and my card.

Not really a hotel, no housekeeping, had to bring used towels and rubbish to front desk. Asked a housekeeper on floor for towels because i didn’t know policy and she was rude and treated me like i was verbally attacking her when just wanted towels. One bright spot was man at front desk who was kind and patient explaining policy . Not a good place for short term, this is an extended stay. Had the policies been explained on website I would mot have booked this hotel.

Excellent clean room it smelled clean even. Towels & bedding were fresh and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pet friendly which is a huge plus!! We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a bare bones rental. Very clean. Good staff. Had to call Wireless rep to get internet. Hotels instructions not clear for guests.

Shower knob was difficult to adjust, turn on/off and hot/cold, and room could of been cleaned better, hair was on toilet and cup marks on nightstand. However, the experience was overall positive.

Good location near 19 and 10 to sight see. New hotel and nice staff. Tons of walkable dining options and some activities. Full kitchen although need to bring own utensils, pans, cups. Good value price but they charge more for pets which we were not told upfront.

I liked that they only cleaned once a week, i only stayed three days but it was nice not being bothered by cleaning staff. The fridge was big, and i could make meals on the stove top if needed.
