This is a dated and yet maintained hotel. The rooms are quite spacious by today’s standards. Courtyard was very nice and well maintained. Room temp was set to 60 degrees was the only complaint. I would stay there again.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free motel. I know that you can’t make people follow the rules but the cleaning staff should have notified management and the room should have been taken off the rental list until it was properly cleaned.

I was stuck at the airport for an overnight and this hotel was such a lifesaver. They had a shuttle to pick me up at the airport and I was able to check into my room right away. The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the airport in the morning. The proximity to the airport can't be beat!

Bed to hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t to bad but not enough carts available to commentate the customers. I couldn’t find one available to move my luggage. Staff who checked me in wasn’t friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The bathroom in my room did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. The floor and toilet in particular were very dirty. Also, I called a day ahead to inquire about the shuttle and was told it operated until 11pm. My flight was delayed and got in at 1:30am so I paid for a taxi. Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk informed me that the shuttle runs all night. I had booked 3 additional nights at this hotel and cancelled them. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was as I would expect, except that when i climbed into bed a went to adjust my pillows I found them to be lumpy and old with matted bunches of feathers, YUK! Also, they need to extend the free breakfast to at least 10 am and not end it at 9 am.

The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean but very outdated. TV has very basic channels. The breakfast is less than to be desired (toast, bagels, waffles, fake sausage, cheerios and hardboiled eggs). The weather wasn't warm enough to check out the pool.

Stayed one night before departing for the airport the next morning. Arrived late (around 9-10pm), and the room assigned to us was filled with tools & repair equipment. Desk staff was surprised at what we found, but were excellent and helped us get settled in a different room. Sheets & towels were clean, good water pressure, and the free shuttle to the airport is excellent, but the hotel in general is in desperate need of a deep-clean and update. Overall it felt like a dump. I can't help but feel as though I was overcharged given the conditions. I chose this location due to the proximity to the airport, and the ratings on Hotels.com. I felt like the ratings were inaccurate, and made this hotel sound like it was nicer than I experienced. The next time I find myself in Tuscon I'll book a different place to stay. I'd be willing to give it another try if the hotel gets a serious update.
