This property is literally in one of the best locations in this town! This property is on a dead-end street in a VERY quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My kids even enjoyed that there was a Roku player. And despite the very warm temperatures, the A/C worked very well.
A few key points I had wish I knew before, and the property manager is now well aware, is to be sure the check in info is working by the afternoon. We arrived in town at 11pm, and the customized code didn't show up. Because it was after hours, it was difficult to get someone on the phone. Fortunately (but not fortunate for the owner) one of the doors was left unlocked, and we got in for the night. We did receive the codes the next day and it worked at that point.
Also not included in the check out instructions was where to take the garbage. You do have to haul the garbage off site since there's no trash pick up in that neighborhood.
The cleaning crew forgot to stock the house with hand soaps. But we did find the storage of cleaning supplies in the other unit.
Overall, if VRBO let me, I would have rated this 4.5+ stars, and I would stay here again. Based on my experience with the property manager, I believe they'll take these suggestions and make this property a 5 star experience every time they can.
