Don't expext much in this price range
I've missed the fact that bathroom is shared however there was a cleaner who cleaned both bathrooms on the floor twice a day, there is not much to expect in this price range however, few little bits could be improved like clogged drains in shower, missing shower window, stains on the towels, smell of cigarettes in the building, wibble bed and broken one of the widow blinds.

I booked one night there for a solo weekend trip. Upon arrival, the entrance was locked and the code wasn't working, I called the number on the reservation and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and offensive, calling me names for not communicating I was arriving before check in. I ended up booking another hotel and when I reached out to Hotels.com asking for a refund, they needed to get the hotel's approval. According to the Hotels.com staff who I dealt with, their response was that the hotel is not accountable for the staff's behaviour. I know that this is not the kind of business I want to support.

I am the person who was talking with you at the phone and I was all the time gentle and kind. I said thousend times that check-in it's only from 14:30h and you didn't accept the fact. I was saying all the time "sorry, sorry, sorry..." to make you understand gently that was impossible to make an exception in that case. I never spoke loud or said bad words at all and you insisted again and again that you would check-in earlier when was not possible. You were talking to me badly and pretended to have my name even if it is a privat information. Code was working, of course, with all the guests and nobody else complained for it, only you. Rules and conditions of booking are explained clearly on web site. We are not interested in guests with your attitude. Even Hotels.com was according with us and that's why they didn't refund. That's all.

Great value accomodation.
This was perfect for my needs. I liked the fact that I could let myself in with the code provided - meaning I didnt have to worry about how late I arrived. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. Simple but modern decor. I stayed two nights and it found it very quiet. I would definitely stay again .

Basic accommodation, yet bright and clean. My only issue was that it has no reception . They sent an email on passwords etc, yet it came mid afternoon and I had no phone reception. If the email had come much earlier I would not have spent time not knowing how to enter my accommodation. Thankfully a helpful policeman helped me.

Nothing more than the price
They location was great, close to the shopping street. - the room was ok, the first room I got bedbugs, so not very nice. Got another room, and it was better. I also spray with bedbug spray to be sure. One day the front door to the maintenance was smash and windows were broken. I cut my finger by opening the door. Don’t know what happened, seems like some tried to get in and broke it all

As you will see in the other comments, no one says anything about bedbugs, in addition to washing everything at 60 degrees with disinfectant, so possibly you brought them, and you took them away, because no one else has told us anything

Kunne godt finde på at bo der igen.
Rent og pænt. Dejligt med aircondition. Fik lavet låsen ind til værelset inden for en time. Og havde mulighed for at forlænge mit ophold med 4timer, hvor jeg ellers skulle tjekke ud kl.12. Kunne jeg tjekke ud kl.16 i stedet, mod betaling selvfølgelig. Et meget fint alternativ til et hotel og tæt på centrum.

près centre ville ,propre, que pour dormir.
Attention il n y a pas de réception....! Et surtout il faut télécharger la veille de ton arrivée une appli censée scanner ton passeport ou ta carte d'identité pour le check in . Sauf que dans mon cas l'appli fonctionne pas et en mode manuel non plus.... la veille du départ c'est un stress de plus... Alors que whatsapp fonctionne lui et que d'autres méthodes pourraient être utilisées au moins 2 jours avant l'arrivée sur les lieux pour le chek in . Heureusement que il y avait un employé sur place autrement cela aurai été galère , j'ai eu de la chance. N'utilisez surtout pas les micro tongs fournies pour aller a la salle d'eau commune quand le sol est humide : chute garantie. Ayez obligatoirement un téléphone avec vous le code d'entrée est susceptible de changer sans préavis. le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien .
