First time staying here. The room was very clean. I had a room on the executive floor and it was very quiet (Limited access). I would stay again.

“good for 1 night stay”

we stayed 1 night in Toronto- the hotel was extremely close to the airport and the shuttle was free and prompt. the hotel was comfortable, but the rooms had a smell of cigarretes. need of urgent remodelation. there were restaurants near by. good for a cheap 1 night stay

“For the price excellent location & staff”

Good location, clean and fresh hotel. Some breakfast items to start your day. Would have like some hot items for breakfast, but other than that satisfied with staff and room.

“Good, affordable choice for airport layovers.”

We obtained a good room rate for the hotel, and we reasonably pleased. Desk staff were pleasant, but the desk is minimally staffed, so that waits (including for answering phone calls) sometimes occurred. The room was clean and quiet. Only fault -- the hair dryer did not work, and a promised replacement did not appear before we set out for the morning. Breakfast is NOT included, but we knew that. Hotel is handy to the airport, but the surroundings are an "airport hotel strip", so not that appealing. Airport pick-up was efficient, and is complimentary. In brief, a reasonable hotel choice for a layover in Toronto between flights.

“Affordable airport hotel”

I stayed in this hotel for one night during a connection. I would definitely recommand this hotel: free shuttle 24/7 to YYZ, decent service and clean and quiet rooms. It might not be the nicest you've ever seen in your life but for the purpose it serves, I'd say it's probably the best quality/price for Toronto airport.

“Far from Downtown”

If you are not driving, be prepared to shell out about $40 for a cab to Chinatown. If that doesn't shock you, then this hotel will be good for you. The price was way cheaper than downtown hotels. Plus, you aren't in the middle of nowhere. There's restaurants and bars within spitting distance, let alone walking distance. Ice machine was supposed to be located on 4th floor. Machine was not there. Other machine is on floor 7, but you can't get there unless you are on that floor. Other than that, the bar is good, there are 2 ATM machines. Room service and in room movie prices are reasonable. Ample parking. Good service.

“Very friendly service Great Transportation”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service was very fast and the drivers very helpful. ONly a ten minute ride away. Did not notice plane noise despite being so close to the airport. My sons enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Had to change initial room due to proximity to elevator and ice machine but they changed it without question.

“very impressed”

Wow for a 3 star hotel we were expecting much worse. It was a very clean hotel with nice extras. The only negative is we had booked two rooms and they did not put our rooms even on the same floor.
