I am frequent customer at the hotel and I was very disappointed to be given a room in the lower levels of the hotel. The room was small, the bathroom was tiny and the view looked out below grade. Also, the hotel is chronically short of front desk staff which makes checking in and out slow. I will consider carefully if I will stay there again.

Reasonable hotel convenient to BusinessesPosted 6-Mar-2014
Pros: Appearance was great! layout of lobby.
Cons: cleanliness of carpet in room.
Location: Did not do any leisure activities
The restaurant was open when we arrived just before 10pm. Room was ready though the carpet was not clean - maids need better vacuum cleaner. The heater, coffee maker, bathroom fittings worked. Bathroom floor was warm and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were natural without petroleum based ingredients. No lotion!!!

Good place.Posted 3-Mar-2014
Pros: It's well maintained, and has good facilities. The room was in good condition and clean.
Location: The location is good. Near the DVP, and it's a good central location for whatever you're doing in the city.
The hotel was quiet and clean. Good place to get some work done. There's a table with computers in the lobby. During the week, it's a pretty good place to have meetings.

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and SuitesPosted 1-Mar-2014
Pros: The staff and the renovated rooms.
Location: There are some nice restaurants in the vicinity.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I find the hotel very quiet and a good location for business meetings around Eglinton and Yonge.

4 Day 3 Night StayPosted 26-Feb-2014
Pros: Large clean room Friendly staff
Cons: The bed was a bit stiff Decor was a bit dated
Location: Timmmys across the street otherwise not much in the immediate area
I recently stayed at the Don Mills Hotel and Suites while on a business trip to Toronto. The reason for picking this hotel was that it was close to where I had to go for business. Overall it is a nice hotel with friendly staff. My room was rather large with a big king sized bed and a full bathroom. The room was very clean and was kept that way for the entire stay. The bed was a little stiff but otherwise comfy. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the hotel is a little dated but its a nice place to stay. There's not much around the hotel, besides a Tim Hortons across the street. Down town is about 20 minutes away, and the closest shopping/restaurants is about 10 minutes away.

Nice hotelPosted 24-Feb-2014
Stayed one night, and enjoyed it there. Balcony was a nice bonus. Only issue was that the towels weren't soft
Staff at reception are so rude. Rooms are so dirty

Good locationPosted 24-Feb-2014
Pros: The hotel was located near the highway and close to superstore. There was free wifi.
Cons: The toilette was not previously flushed.
Location: Shopping at superstore.
The hotel was located near the highway and close to superstore. The room was a bit old. The toilette was not flushed when we got there. The service was better. We called for a couple of tooth brushes and they came within an hour. Check in and out was fast. The room came with two double beds, bathroom, and TV, wifi. Parking was $12 per night.
