“Great Hotel for the Price...Close to the Science Museaum..Great Breakfast”

Great hotel for the price..LOVED the heated indoor swimming pool (very hot) and the free breakfast buffet was excellent..Very close to the Science Museum and close to shopping and restaurants. Check in was super easy and room quality was great...Very comfy bed. Would stay here again...For the service and quality..you can't beat this Hotel...

“Great mid-week getaway”

Just stopped in for the night for a nice change with fiance. It was late but it was nice to order room service (they were really nice despite us ordering at the last minute). The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem with our stay was that it was too short. I was here a year ago for a conference and it was very luxurious. They have a nice pool, hot tub, and sauna which is really relaxing. They had a piano in the lobby which they let me play and a nice bar to lounge at. The area around is not particularly interesting but it is not difficult to get to a place that is (one bus and a short subway ride will get you downtown; I would guess about a 10-15 minute drive would get you there as well). I've stayed at crowne plaza hotels a few times and keep going back for the great service, luxury, and comfort. Thanks a lot!

“Good choice”

The hotel has a good hot tub and pool, and the bathroom floors in the rooms are heated. The beds are so comfortable that my husband and I found out what kind of mattress they use and bought one for ourselves. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to stay there.

“Good value for the traveller going by car”

Found the deal being offered by Expedia.ca over the Thanksgiving weekend - and could not pass it up. had some minor difficulty negotiating the turn into the hotel from Eglinton, as there is no left turn off Eglinton at the spot. Would recommend anyone driving in along the DVP to use the wynford road exit instead, turn east, and take a right at the first lights past the Noor Cultural Center (can't remember the street name), as this will let you take an easy right turn into the hotel driveway. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and chatty. Breakfast was good value - buffet with simple but filling selections, prepared well. It was included in our room price, but it's a steal at $5.00 per person otherwise. The nicest surprise was the hotel bar, which had a delicious and extensive dinner menu, and a very cheery server who was happy to recommend selections. Prices were not excessive for Toronto. The neighborhood is a bit of a drawback - the hotel is surrounded by condo highrises with little or no street-level services or shopping - but the proximity to the DVP and to Eglinton make it a short easy drive to downtown, the Danforth, Yorkville, etc. The Shops at Don Mills are nearby, and further east on Eglinton there are more amenities. Loved: the circular pool and the room balcony Disliked: the steep curving driveway up to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here agin.

We were only there for one night. It is a nice hotel and convenient location to downtown and east Toronto. Nice place.

“Very Good Value”

This hotel was adjacent to the on Valley Parkway, very convenient if you are mobile. The hotel was a former Crown Plaza and also served a reasonable breakfast buffet for $9.95. The hotel and restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly. Parking was easy although there was a $13.50 charge. One of the elevators was not working but they had two others in operation and one did not have to wait long for an elevator.;

“Very welcoming for our family”

Our family was very comfortable and treated very well. The spa services and massage were a bonus in that, the times we wanted were available. The spa was friendly and it was so nice to visit with my cousin while we were both getting a manicure. I invited her for a manicure as she lives in Toronto and catching up was fun. Guest services were prompt and helped with little things like scotch tape

“Fabulous Experience”

Top notch hotel. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff all working hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Loved the pool. Mandatory valet parking was a little but it was nice to have a warm car waiting for us when we got downstairs.
