The location was convenient and the price was good. They tried to take a photo copy of my ID and I refused. Other motels do this too. This practice needs to stop.

Thank you, but it's a normal that we take a copy of your ID as a record, some big hotels do that too, because we need to know who is in the room, and if emergencies occur, it will help us to identify who the person that need helps in the room.

it was a lot closer to the GO station than i thought which was perfect. will stay again.

Nothing less of what I expected, needed a cheap motel room to stay for a night and got what I paid for. Some bugs in the bathroom and holes in the bedding/walls. Was able to comfortably sleep through the night and that’s all I needed.

This is a 2-star hotel so don't expect luxury, but the sheets and towels are clean and there are enough of them, the bed is comfortable, the room large and warm, and there is a good-sized table for working and eating. The rate is very low for Toronto, but you need a car to get downtown. Parking is free. The pizza place next door is excellent and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is a short drive to a park for walking. If you are just looking for a place to crash while you do business downtown this is a very economical place. Probably not the best for entertaining though.

We were a group of 4 people. None of us appreciate the stay. The rooms were not clean at all. No cleaning room service during the day. OMG. But we liked the hot water

The man refused me entry as a disabled man. It looked more like a prison than a motel. He was very unhelpful. He mumbled something undér his breath and locked the door leaving me to fend for myself in the cold. I'm actually very happy I didn't stay there

When we were arrive no one at the reception, there was a note saying we r on break for 30 minutes don’t bother. They did not mention any time period. I felt stupid myself for choosing this place. There are so many things made me uncomfortable, and made me feel not safe .

I guess this is what $140 gets you now a days. Bed and room were clean. Bathroom had a lot of mold. Tons of garbage around the property. Young clerk at the front desk was very nice. Wasn’t a terrible experience, but wouldn’t be staying there again.

The management was very nice and accomodating. They made an exception for that I'm very grateful for. Room was clean and had everything I needed for the night. I would go back for overnight stays.

There was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner so I had to go buy some. There was no hair dryer so I had to go out with wet hair. The fridge and air conditioner were not turned on n took a long time to get cold. And worse is that reception opened at 10 am so I had to stay an extra 2 hours (I had a 5 hour trip) to get my deposit back. The locks and doors seem quite flimsy for being outside doors that anyone could kick in if so desired.

There was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner so I had to go out n buy one. There was no hair dryer so I had to go out with wet hair and let the wind dry it. Reception only opens at 10 am to get your refund back so I hate to stay 2 hours later than I wanted to. When I got to my reserved room, the air conditioner was off n the mini fridge was unplugged. It took a long time to get them warm. The bathtub was so slippery that I almost slipped. I had to put a towel in to stand one.
